I can't believe that we are the only one with this issue. This camper is equipped with what I will call wing windows on the front sides of the trailer. These windows do not stay closed when you are driving down the road. Our local dealer supposedly reached out to Jayco and they came up with that the windows panes were too large. So they sent the dealer two new ones made 1/4" smaller. These windows are 2 or more feet tall and a foot or so wide. Did they really think that was going to stop the flexing/opening as you were hauling down the road! Well it didn't. Another stop gap thing they tried was to put weather stripping around the window - REALLY! I love the layout of this camper and supposedly Jayco will stand behind their product when we develop further issues with the windows. But why should we have to wait - we will probably send it down the road before that ever happens.

Overall, we really like the unit. However, since purchase last year, it has been in the shop 4 times now. Various issues/ problems have happened, and the dealer (Lone Star RV) has yet to resolve the issues. In fact, there are so many issues, that I have now turned it over to Jayco to see if they can help. The dealer has told me that they have contacted Jayco for various approvals, and questions. Funny thing is, Jayco only has 1 claim from August of last year! I am not sure how much, at this point is the build quality, and how much is the service department. Apparently, it is ok to have your unit for months, and still not fix it. And, to top it off, they tell you that they have ordered the parts, when they actually have not. No more Jayco's or Lone Star RV for us. Should have kept my Coachman Clipper.

Our first travel trailer and I am very impressed. The color schemes and cosmetics are better than any trailer out there. The layout is perfect for a family with everything where it needs to be. Awesome! Sleeps 4 adults and 6 kids easy. Kitchen is near the exterior door which just makes sense to bring food out to grill. TV/Fireplace tucked away and quiet. Bunkhouses and sleep 2 kids per bunk no problem. Easy to town. Easy to park. Highly recommend!!

A few minor issues since we purchased our rig in June of 2020, and one major issue with the living area slide out. All under warranty, so no really big deal, bit we did have to cut our Florida vacay short by one week because the slide out wouldn’t extend.
