We contacted the best RV mobile repair faculty to come out and access our damage, to be told that the manufacturer never sealed the windows on our slide. After contacting Heartland we were told that it was contractual that we were responsible for sealing our own windows. Wait what?!!!! So you didn’t seal our windows so it’s somehow our fault?!!! We have been ghosted completely and are now contacting our lawyer.

The furnace and water heater performed flawlessly, with full fresh water tank and active plumbing. No freezing and cracking. It tows with no problems behind a 2019 Ram 2500, with a husky weight distribution hitch. I would buy a Mallard again.

We bought our 2021 Mallard M27 in June of 2021. We used it immediately, during that trip the water heater quit. I opened the hatch to find a wire had been run immediately adjacent the burner, and had burned through. A couple of days into our trip, we returned to our unit after a short outing to the store, water was running out of the unit at the corners. Walking to the unit, I could hear water spraying in the wall adjacent the "city water" connection, yes I had a pressure regulator in line. Returning the trailer to the dealer we bought it from they fixed these issues plus numerous points were screws had failed, trim popped loose. The awning failed next trip we have been waiting months for replacement. In short, shoddy construction, cheap products, poor workmanship. Avoid this manufacturer.

We hit the road as new Rv people, yes we made those simple errors of setting up, planning ahead, etc. but we had a super great experience with our new toy, This mallard m27 is super great, 2-inch walls, fiberglass build, mother nature can not hurt this structure, well tornadoes and sort can, I have done a lot of research on Rv's and for a low entry into travel trailers, this thing is the bomb.

This review is on the very narrow stairs that come with the M335 trailer. I have already fallen and dam near broke bones. Now i have been mostly happy with my Trailer. There has been a few things that have come up that i don't like like the outside shower line not long enough and the plumbing underneath the sink was loose. Also not liking the tank monitor that was installed. I have 40 gallon holding tanks for both the Black and gray water and the monitor goes from 20 gallons to full. Should at least be a 30 Gallon light on it. Also the bathroom fan only works with the light on. That to me wastes electrical. I have only had the Trailer a couple of weeks so i will be back with more. Also didn't get a manual for the Trailer itself and if you go to Heartland their online version is for 2019. Also could not get customer service but that might be because of covid 19. My main concern at this time is these steps that actually say paent pending. They are not wide enough. They are not safe. Heartland should replace them.
