Bought our unit new and as a whole we love it. There are a couple issues though - the one year warranty. After a couple months of use it went in for repairs mostly due to cabinet quality. They keep it for month and didn’t repair several places the veneer was pealing. I’m order to enjoy the Rv a little we hesitated to take it back in right away. We didn’t really get a chance to use it enough to get to know the Rv and find other problems. At this point the cabinets are really the only reason I wouldn’t recommend Montana. It’s sad the money spent and have to live with such poor quality. One year is just not long enough when repairs take so long. Time should stop while in the shop not being able to use. It’s only in the manufactures benefit to allow the dealer be so slow.

We bought our 2019 Montana in 2020 it was used. Right after we bought it the covering over the wood in high use areas was peeling off. And since then it has started peeling off in all areas. I contacted . Keystone about this and they said there was nothing they could do. We also found out quickly after purchasing this that the furniture was falling apart. The camper was 1 yr. old and when you sat on the couches you could feel metal bars. The dining room chairs fell apart also in the time frame that we have had it. I would have given a -1 on the overall quality if I could have.

This is the most livable RV we have ever had. Whether it is for a long period of time or for a weekend get away. It is like a cozy apartment. There is nothing missing here. All the comforts of home. We love the living room with its heater/fireplace and since it is 4 seasons we take it on skiing weekends and then cozy up with the fire and a hot drink afterwards. The 2 bathrooms make it private when you have company staying over because they don't have to go into the master living area to use the bathroom or washing up. Sue things will need a repair or two, but nothing major like other RV's we had and Keystone is always available for help even on weekends. Def the one to buy!

We absolutely have loved this "tiny house on wheels", and highly recommend it if you are in the market for an RV that has a lot of the comforts of home! The FL,(front living-room), floor-plan is the way to go for us! It is not what I'd call a "camper", although we have camped in it with our family, but more suited for RV parks vs. campgrounds. We have been able to comfortably have 6 grandchildren ages 4-10 do sleepovers, with the 2 king sleepers and dual recliners. . . the perfect space. The bonus 1/2 bath has been a great feature as well! The 9' ceilings in the kitchen and dining room, which also has a table with pull-out extension and 4 free standing chairs, makes mealtime a great time! The island in the kitchen with double stainless steel sinks, is a true bonus. Bedroom with roomy kingsize bed, full closet and built in dresser and cupboards, has been a great feature! The full roomy bathroom across the back with double sinks, a linen cabinet and shelves, plus a walk-in shower with skylight that brings in lots of light, has also been a feature we've loved! We were told by many RV sales people that we could at best get 80% of our "wishlist", but with this floor plan, we think we got 99.9%, and we highly recommend it!

This is our second Montana. The first was a 2005 5th wheel. It was excellent. Decided to get a new one in 2019 and get ready for retirement. Our 2019 3120RL has been a real headache. Overall manufacturing quality is very poor. Unpainted corners on kitchen island and bathroom medicine cabinet, large pieces of extra material on window coverings, cabinet doors needing longer screws so they don’t fall off the hinges, rusty screws in shower door slide, have to vacuum saw dust up from floors and counter tops after each trip (front storage compartment too). We had to replace flooring in the living area and bedroom because of damage from slides (and it returned after being fixed), replaced a 50 amp fuse while traveling across country, had to replace the batteries (shot), fixed several dents and scraps from manufacturing. Waiting for Keystone to approve warranty repairs took months. The rubber around the slides leaves black marks every time we open them up (tired of cleaning that). The waste hose holder didn’t last - lid wouldn’t stay shut (new waste hose). Overall quality of materials is much lower than our older Montana. I worked in manufacturing for 40 years and understand the need to reduce costs every step of the way, but never to sacrifice quality. Keystone failed to do that. We are not happy campers. Especially after the cost to purchase.

Clothes rod fell down in closet. 2 windows were missing shades. 1 aftermarket slide cover will not roll up. Antenna snapped & not covered by warranty. All within 7 days of purchase. Manufacturer only says warranty requires unit be taken to an authorized dealer & left a minimum of 6 days. Not suitable for someone living full-time in their product.

We purchased this camper in July 2019, we have owned several Keystone Sprinters and they were great. Since buying this Montana we have had the front hydrolic jack replaced, the closed door came off henge, the table, ceiling fan, cabnets have had to have screws put back in, the refrigerator door need repaired, the hot water heater stopped working on electric, and our back window that doesn't even open just fell out on the interstate in Colorado. We have only put around 2,000 miles on this camper and still have 1,300 to get home if it makes it. Wish we still had our Sprinter, never had any problems without. Maybe we just got a lemon.
