where do I start, purchased a Motorhome from Jayco one of the popouts ripped a the floor, took it to RV of Sacramento, they had the RV for 9 months after totally destroying the RV. Because we were paying for something we did not have, we went in and traded it in for a 5th Wheel. (still a jayco) Big mistake, Loved the 5th wheel but again had issues with the floor. The floor is coming up, contacted Jayco twice, no response. I am afraid to take it to RV of Sacramento because of there bad workmanship. So at this point we are going to fix it and pay for it ourself and get rid of it. I would NOT recommend Jayco at all. Even an Employee at rv of sacramento said that they are bad products.

Brand new trailer and the first thing heater didn’t work seems there was a recall on the sail switch. Finally got that fixed. Second winter and refrigerator went out and it was the cooling unit. Then a recall on the propane regulator and they can’t get to it for months because they can’t get parts so we have to worry about it blowing up or catching on fire. We live in our Rv and travel for work it’s not just for camping not acceptable!!!!! So funny that they can’t get parts but my husband called around and found two replacement regulators and bought them both (one for a friend with the same problem). They changed their own rather than worrying about the wait for jayco warranty work. Not funny. Now 2 year old trailer and the roof is leaking. We had a 2011 jayco eagle we bought used and it was built so solid we never had any problems with that Rv. It flooded and was a total loss so we agreed that we didn’t want any other brand. To our shock this

Purchased at RV show. When we took delivery, it had a dent in the refrigerator door, and a golf cart battery for a residential fridge, and the screen door broke when I opened it. In the first year, the trim around the kitchen and dining slide outs came loose, the shelf behind the tv fell apart, the glass exploded on the cooktop, two of the drawer slides broke, the toilet started leaking, the usb stations in bedroom and kitchen island quit working, the trim around the fridge came off, the bed pulled away from the wall and collapsed, and numerous other defects. In the second year, the kitchen slide failed and had to be repaired, the seal on the left side of the kitchen slide fell out, there is no seal on the right side and the wiring was duct taped to the slide and came loose causing it to come unplugged. The unit has been at the dealer over 90 days total and still is not completely done AND they are trying to charge us over $2000 when we have a bumper to bumper AND an extended warranty. Colerain RV service sucks!! They are slow, don’t know how to do repairs, order parts or see the job flow through. And they really didn’t care about resolving our issues, they wanted is to go away. Sent detailed letter to Jayco, hoping to get resolved, if not we will exercise our rights under the lemon law. Gah! Never buy another Jayco and NEVER go near Colerain RV again!
