We have put over 25,000 miles on this trailer with very few problems. The floor plan is very smart. Especially love the murphy bed - on long trips it is very nice to have the extra space to provide a different look. U shaped dinette is very roomy and allows for a comfortable feet-up posture when needed. Shower is roomy enough. The couch has gotten saggy and uncomfortable which is sad, because it is impossible to change the cushions. Overall quality has exceeded expectations. Would absolutely buy again.

PROS: awesome TV viewing set up, awesome kitchen island, can Watch TV while I am doing dishes and cooking, rv is perfect for 2 pppl, spacious without being too gigantic, the heater and AC work wonderfully, love the food pantry, stove works great, the fireplace is able to heat entire camper, hi def tv is awesome, i looooove the storage behind TV and i loooooove its in a corner of the slide, overhead lighting all work great and keep rv brightly lit at night, love the pretty kitchen table set up like in a real home as opposed to a dinette, the theater sofa is sooooooo comfie and i can easily fall asleep on it and do! Love how both sofas face the TV as opposed to having to turn sideways to watch TV, bathroom set up is nice; bedroom closet is great, bedside tables are great, nice big mirror on the closet, mattress is super comfie, ample storage above bed and all over this RV! Love all the outside lighting options, LED lights outside too, nice living room ceiling fan.
CONS: Dumb kitchen table the post holding it up prevents the 4 chairs from being pushed all the way in to save floor space, i dont like the pleated blinds they are very difficult to open and close i wish they were the rolling shade style, my unit doesnt have a catch to hold the main door all the way open - i must use a rope to keep it open when windy, i dont know what area of this rv is Zone 1 or Zone 2; so i can not set the campers heater correct, the bedroom gets overheated as a result- is that Zone 1? We HATED the dark brown wood finish in here. We painted everything bright white as the dark wood was making us depressed, dont like some windows only open a couple inches, freezer is too tiny, fridge is pretty small too, shower faucets are impossible to get to correct temperature and super slow/low pressure, lastly the microwave died on our first trip.
We cant Speak about towing this RV because we don’t and we pay somebody to tow it for us back-and-forth to our annual campground we go to every year.

Ours was built in 2018, so before covid and the supply shortages. As for the warranty, longer is better. I think for the price point a 2-year warranty would be nice. However, most things that break are components and not a fault of Riverstone.

The floor plan and size is perfect. But the MANY issues the first 2 years from mistakes made in the factory are ridiculous, too many to list, from the wrong plumbing connections causing leaks, to the slides not being adjusted correctly causing damage. When trying to get this resolved with forest river, you'd have better luck at the dmv. You get what you pay for though. Tip for forest river, quality control on each unit coming out!

I purchased this model based on weight and floor plan. The walk around queen was appealing as was the large rear bath with centered toilet (provides more leg room than a corner placement). I also wanted a larger fridge that wasn't sitting on the floor. I like this more than I could have imagined. I also made sure to get a year that had a PROPANE fridge. Gas is nice and cold, reliable and easy. They try to sell you on your battery/solar power only, don't do it. I think we will be all set when we sell simply based on having a 3 way fridge.
Our biggest complaints are:
1) The mattress is an absolute joke, it's more like a box spring. They do this so that the weight is as low as possible when advertising. You will need to spend some serious money to actually get comfortable. A topper isn't going to cut it. Plus once you add height to the mattress, the side closet doors will not open as they open inward against the bed.
2) The "walk around" is more like a squished side shimmy at best. I find myself scooting to the end and getting up more often than not. This is also due to the fact that you will slam your head on the sharp corner of the upper kitchen cabinet. You WILL do this more than once and it's no joke. Talk about a rude awakening.
3) The queen appears large but due to the cabinets mounted on either side you are really wedged in there from the arms up. It feels coffin-esque. You don't appreciate this until you've slept in it a few times. We removed these cabinets and we are so happy we did. Now we have an actual bedside area large enough to actually set things on and the upper cabinets that run the length are more than sufficient storage.
4) The sensor placement for the black water tank is not placed in the correct area. Therefore it will always read as full as soon as you basically start to use it. Thankfully we have a plumber in the family.
5) The radio and the outside speakers are junk. No biggie but don't think you will ever actually use them, you will end up bringing your own.
6) The storage area under the bed is hard to get to when you have to lift your 5 layers of bed material. I took a page from a youtuber and mounted a hydraulic hinge. Much better.
There are a bunch of other annoying things that you will spend time and money on adjusting but I think that's par for the course i.e. the faucet handles have to be turned ass backwards. We figured out this was because they used knob faucets instead of levers like they were supposed to etc. etc. I have realized that all of these types of trailers are cheaply made so don't expect top quality, I feel bad for the people that buy new. If you get a good deal, the towing weight and floor plan are the key reasons to purchase but have some $$ set aside for all of the additions/adjustments that you WILL be doing to have comfort. After all, it was kind of the whole point right?
I hope this helps! Happy camping!

Several issues such as floor got spongy, replaced steps, furnace doesn't work properly, matress lumpy after 1 year, one of tanks dropped down and we had to have welded back on, front jack had to be replaced as it stopped working on our first trip, on/off switch to hot water tank doesn't work, cabinet doors had to be strapped closed, spare tire exploded while mounted to back of camper (never been used), outside shower door doesn't open, sink in kitchen leaked and so on..... DO NOT buy this product esp because of the floor since it's made of the thinnest plywood and foam. JUNK!

We have had this travel trailer four years, camping 20-25 nights a year. We have only camped in NC, longest trip being 5 hours. In four years my only repair has been a broken curtain bracket. We had zero issues from new and everything has worked perfectly. I tow it with a six cylinder truck and it tows very easily. I do use the Husky anti-sway system. I wish it had a battery cutoff switch, but I haven’t added one yet. The water heater is inconvenient to winterize. The refrigerator is excellent. The heater works well. The AC is a bit loud but has always worked. I have had no cause to contact factory support but that choice wasn’t given on the review. I have never been back to the dealer and it was bought out by a big chain, so I won’t be back. No, the trailer does not have expensive amenities like an airstream, but it cost less than most little teardrops. I couldn’t be happier.

this was going to be bad deal and now I have delamination problem
in two different areas and the first thing forest river said OO your out of warranty not take from me dont spend your money on these
by the cheaper and just plan on working on it you fill better just for
the money you save.
