We have traveled to Alaska,up the East Coast, through the national parks, in the west, through the south. We have had no problems. Just normal maintenance you should do to maintain a travel trailer. I would not hesitate to buy another. Sometimes it not the trailer, it is the owner who does not take care of the unit. Show less

We bought this camper new 2019. We have had trouble since the beginning very poor craftsmanship by manufacturing. The bedroom door and the bathroom door both fallen off, including the header on both . cabinets that my husband has had to fix and come to find out the shower underneath the shower pan was not connected correctly and the black tank to the camper also was not correctly connected. All we have had is problems. I would not recommend this camper! Show less

We have only taken this unit out 4 times since we bought it brand new. the quality of workmanship is poor. we have two electric outlets that do not work, wall paper is coming loose and pealing. We have had it in for warranty repair several times for other issues. I would not recommend this trailer at all. we have been more pleased with used RV's we have purchased in the past. this is the first brand new unit we have purchased and will not do that again. We are a travelling couple. Usually RVing 5-6 months/year. We bought the 25RB after 4 years in a 24 foot trailer. The floor plan is excellent. The Bathroom is huge and a large shower. 15" tires which allows for "LT" tire replacement. Large cargo capacity (payload 3500 lbs) decent size tanks for boon-docking. Our only problem was the Dometic 300 (plastic) toilet. STINK AND LEAK. Went through two under warranty! Now have a Dometic 320. DO NOT BUY THE 300 DOMETIC TOILET. HAVE IT REPLACED!!! Our dealer was great with this problem. We also replaced the matress with memory foam (but all rv matresses are crap.) Other than that, we love the trailer. Show less

We have owned it for 7 months, took to Alaska and back put 12,000 miles on unit and had 2 issues with unit. 1st PVC Pipe on black tank was not glued at Factory and Second was slide out was out of adjustment from Factory. The Company we bought the unit from tried to adjust the slide out and made it worst and Could not get the company we bought the unit from to honor its warranty, and even with the maintenance protection plan, we were told we had to return to where we bought the unit to have it repaired, even though they have repair station all across the country, not one of them would touch this unit. Found a mobile repairman in Great Falls Montana, 1 hour it was fixed. Would never buy anything from that company that sold us the unit again, but the Cruiser Radiance Rv was a good decision to buy.
