This Rv is only a few years old and over the weekend the frame broke apart on the highway. The frame broke above the rear axle and separated the leaf springs from the frame. Someone definitely could have been killed if we didnt have someone tell us that our rv was leaning over to one side when we pulled in for gas. We were 5 hours from home so had to pay almost $2000 to get it towed home. Checked the other side of the rv and the frame had started to crack in the same area as well. A frame repair company said the rv is totalled so trying to get insurance to total it out. In our short 6 months of ownership we also experienced a water leak from no caulking behind the master bedroom window, oven fan went out, ac wouldn't cycle once it reached operating temp, ac control panel stopped functioning, poor sealant for outdoor kitchen causing wood to rot and rear bumper welds broke from putting less than 100lb generator on it. This is my 4th new RV, my husband's 1st. We wanted a couples trailer, one with plenty of storage and room for the two of us, our two small dogs, and occasional grandkids (and sometimes their parents). When we were searching for a camper (went on for a couple of years), I knew what I liked and didn't like from the three previous trailers I'd had with my ex (Wilderness, Nomad and Pilgrim bunkhouses). I had boxes that needed checked. Hubby knew he wanted a large bathroom and a few other things. This model checked off most of our boxes (with the exception of a roof ladder, but we bought a telescopic ladder that works good. Just more to pack along). When we walked in, we were wowed by the nice sized bathroom and storage in it. Then the walk in pantry (we added hooks on the back of the door for keys, leashes and flyswatter, and brackets for broom and mop on the wall). The living area with extra storage (which current models lack) was a plus. The fireplace was nice but didn't last (we contacted that company directly, and after switching out the board inside twice, and then receiving two different whole units, we got one that works as it should). We did receive one that works fine at adding extra heat and ambience. We did replace the sofa bed with a nice reclining loveseat and built a table to go beside it. Kitchen is good (I wanted stove and sink covers, and separate oven). When we got to the bedroom and the salesman said it had a king bed, my husband was sold (the two pups sleep with us and we have a king at home). It is heavy to lift up. We switched out the mattress for a much better one. Ours doesn't slide side to side like the newer models, and there's not as much room on the driver's side as their is the door side to walk in that area. The drawers and added cabinets in the corner are a nice touch. We added a tv, blackout curtains, and replaced an outlet for one to accommodate USB charging, also, beside the bed. The overall trailer is good. Did we have some issues with it? Yes. But I have with all four brand new trailers. Every trailer, no matter how much you pay for it or what the brand is, will have some issues coming straight from the factories. We just fixed the ones we could ourselves, and used the warranty for the bigger ones. We've had a few issues since but took care of those ourselves, too (replaced a bad inverter, had a water line going to the outside shower come loose under the shower/linen area and leaked in the trailer. We caught it early, so luckily no damage was done). These trailers get pulled over bumps and potholes, sometimes curbs, and things work loose. It's to be expected. And, honestly, all rv's are T.U.R.D.s. Things U Repair Daily, regardless of price or brand. But still we love them. We have done a lot of upgrading/personalizing to our Embrace: put a slide awning on, vent covers, replaced the sofa, put on 12-ply tires with a TPMS, added the back camera, keyless door lock, extra hooks, shelves and brackets, replaced the living room tv for a smart tv, put a smart tv in the bedroom, replaced a bedroom outlet for one with USB charging, also, added insulation boarding in the pass-thru storage area so the bed doesn't feel as cold/hot, replaced the mattress with a foam one, and many other projects. And we did most of these while camping because we cannot keep our trailer at home. It sits at a storage/rv repair shop in between camping trips. So, would I recommend this brand/model? Yes. The floorplan is a great one for couples who don't care about having a huge trailer just for two people. It is livable. Easy to pull. I don't like that the newer ones have less storage (over couch, refrigerator, tv, and no doors on the storage under the sink area) now. And from what I hear, craftsmanship on all brands is down after covid. But, as I said earlier, all will have some issues coming straight from the factory. Expect them. And expect some to come up after pulling/using the trailer. Just take care of it. Don't be unnecessarily rough with it. Grease the axles/bearings/upgrade the tires/check the battery water. Do the regular maintenance on it. This will help extend its life. Show less

We have traveled to Alaska,up the East Coast, through the national parks, in the west, through the south. We have had no problems. Just normal maintenance you should do to maintain a travel trailer. I would not hesitate to buy another. Sometimes it not the trailer, it is the owner who does not take care of the unit. Show less

JUNK ... bought this used in 2020 (1yrold) Cabinets cheap falling apart, shower pan leaks all over floor, water pump doesnt work, door latches both broke the first month, worst carpentry ive ever seen , nails popping out of trim everywhere , ( ripped my pointer finger wide open on a nail) valance above one window is 4" out of level in 3' Drunk installer no doubt ?? trim missing both roof vents have had to be replaced, this is crazy the water fill for city water is on the door side of trailer ? water fill for tanks onthe back of trailer, never seen this before, sewer dump is under slide ? REALLY ? Doors exterior both have gaps big enough to put a pencil thru them, bathroom door has fallin off so many times im going to have to totally rebuild it there is nothing solid left to screw into , oh clothes closet rods are so far forwaard you can not close the doorswhen you hang up your shirts they stick out 12" , AC plastic grill broke first time out, thermostat is the cheapest peace of crap like the rest of the trailer , 2 burners on stove dont work, all I can say is they got me, never again ! hopefully this review will cost this crappy company . good floor plan maybe the can get anothe company to build theres ??? If I could give it negative star rating I would. Zero integrity, zero quality, zero warranty support - Brandon Fisher and his group are complete garbage. Will not be wasting money on another Cruiser RV. My opinion, worst manufacture on the market. My mind is blown by them having 3.6 out of 5 star rating. Show less

Hi, I bought a shadow cruiser in 2018 with a 3 year structural warranty, my r expires this year. My trailer is still under warranty but my trim at the front corner is coming off exposing the edges of the siding to wind and water damage. I called the manufacturer and have been told that is not covered under structural warranty. How could that not be covered under structural warranty seeing as how the next time i take it camping the hole side of my trailer could be blown off when the wind gets under the siding.After further looking into the construction of my trailer, trim falling off, water leaks, I would stay away from this manufacturer and buy one that will stand up to their warranty. We bought this camper new 2019. We have had trouble since the beginning very poor craftsmanship by manufacturing. The bedroom door and the bathroom door both fallen off, including the header on both . cabinets that my husband has had to fix and come to find out the shower underneath the shower pan was not connected correctly and the black tank to the camper also was not correctly connected. All we have had is problems. I would not recommend this camper! Show less

Great layout, tows great. Had to re-caulk just about everything inside and out. Have dealt with leaks for 2 years. Just when you think you’ve got it figured out, there’s another leak. What we liked most about our 2019 Radiance 25RL was the floorplan and how it provided a nice living area for the two of us. Of course the King bed is a plus. We have had this unit since June of 2018 and we have had minimal issues with the unit. Overall the build quality was on par with any other travel trailer like it within the same price range. Only two issues we have has was an out of balance blower motor on the AC and the flush valve on the toiler started to leak. Both wear replaced under warranty. We have had zero leaks from the outside. We do practice regular roof cleaning and sealing and we replace or reseal all seals on the roof and sides each year. The unit is an Ultra-Light, but with the over sized chassis it has a nice 2500LB extra payload and that is considering tanks full and all the options so that is outstanding. It came with Rainer tires which are made in China, but designed by an American company, and even though I will not repurchase these when I replace, they have served me well. Towing is real good with my 2019 F250. Front fiberglass cap has had no fading, but I regularly hit it with Car Guys Hybrid Wax. Only complaint about the design is it could use more inside storage, but we have worked around that enough to not make it a major complaint. I have replaced the mattress with a memory foam...the one that came with it was unusable. Also added a Lippert Solid Step. Oh, the outside speaker suck. I am an audio guy and bad sound audio makes me cringe so yeah, those will get replaced someday too! I would recommend this unit. Like with any Travel Trailer, you must perform regular maintenance and if you do I think you will be happy with the purchase. Show less

We have only taken this unit out 4 times since we bought it brand new. the quality of workmanship is poor. we have two electric outlets that do not work, wall paper is coming loose and pealing. We have had it in for warranty repair several times for other issues. I would not recommend this trailer at all. we have been more pleased with used RV's we have purchased in the past. this is the first brand new unit we have purchased and will not do that again. VERY disappointed. Show less
