Got an Apex ultra lite about a year and a half ago brand new. I haven’t had this many issues with a camper ever. Both vents broke off while driving (I saw others had this issue too). There already a leak inside the camper under the floor, I may have to cut a wall open to fix this. Where the awning attaches to the side, it leaks like crazy. I fixed that instead of taking for the warranty because it was more cost effective to just do it myself. The other problems happened right after the one year warranty expired. The camper all around looks nice, but the quality was a big disappointment since the sales guy was hyping up the overall construction of this.

We I've been having trouble with water coming in the RV we were told we can't bring slides in until an hour after it stops raining even following those instructions rain still gets in the RV there was mold on the walls in the bunk room
I contacted warranty and was told that this RV is only meant for a weekend trips not to stay for extended periods of time because it's a light
I wish they would have told this before we bought it
Stuck with a leaky RV with lots of mold

The bottom bunk bed supports came loose (staples came out). No air conditioning vent in lower bunk area. It gets hot so we bought a clamp on fan to make it tolerable. Also no air conditioning in bath. Front overhead vent over master bed disintegrated after owning camper 13 months.

Beautiful layout. Love the pantry. Storage is outstanding. BUT....we have had a metal bar fall off the underside, before 100 miles. Water tank had to be rewelded. Floor was bubbled and permanently stained. Bathroom vent switch replaced. Door lock fixed by dealer 4 times. Water leaking inside camper. All within 3 months. Thankfully our dealership has been fabulous to work along side. The camper 1-800 # is not helpful and emails to the manufacturer was a waste of time. We most likely will be trading this camper in before next season. So dissatisfied.
