Bought it and sold it two years later. Too many issues to even go into. The quality and craftmanship was horrible. We are done with anything made by this company and had nothing but problems. Stay away from anything made by Thor...... They provide nothing in guides when purchasing new. Learned mostly from the web about others experiences. For some reason you don’t you don’t list the model 37YH as an option but that’s what we have. I would NEVER buy another Thor product, I would not even take one as a gift. We have had numerous leaks, from all plumbing to the window by the passenger. The “L” shaped couch flies out going down the road (Dealer tried to fix it 3 times - eventually I rigged a fix. An air conditioner totally failed on a trip in July in Texas! A roof leak resulted in destroyed flooring in the bedroom requiring the replacement of the subfloor and crappy floor covering which was destroyed removing the subfloor. In five years of ownership we only have 22,000 miles and the unit spends its life in an enclosed, climate controlled building on our property. All maintenance has been regularly done including maintenance on all slides. Now, today on the 12th day of our summer trip the kitchen/dining room slide will not fully extend or retract. It worked fine this morning. I know the entire RV industry is devoid of quality as every one we encounter at parks shares the horrors of failed units, but I believe Thor’s product line leads the pack. Just in case a manufacturer reads this please understand that fixing the problems over and over is not the objective the prime objective is for the expensive products to NOT fail in the first place!!! Overall looks I like an interior but after owning it with all the little troubles, poor craftsmanship. One little problem was back at the water pump. They never put the little rubber seal in the connection. Then the sink area the framework to hold everything together. Very cheap. Poor craftsmanship. The sink top bold in the middle from lack of bracing. Drawers drop down in the back. Back tail lights. Weather stripping around the outside of the trailer. Very poor job putting it together. I purchased new from Camping World Panama City. I really like the size, floor plan and especially the large rear outside storage area. My issue is the vinyl on the captain's chairs, the dinette, and the sofa started peeling off of it's backing after only about 18 months and now it's really horrible. This coach is always garaged except for the few times that it's been used so I don't blame the sun. I feel like Thor uses the cheapest vinyl crap that they can get on these surfaces. This is not a good place to cut corners and Thor should be totally embarrassed to put this stuff in their coaches. I would leave photos but I couldn't get that part of this review to work. The motorhome was well built and has been a pleasure to own. We find it very comfortable. The only thing I dislike about it is that the gas tank is too small. At 8 mpg you have to get fuel very often. It drives very well and is easy to setup. Show less

i purchased this 2018 23tb in march of 2022. i see of alot of bad reviews on the 23tb but me and my wife love it. ideal for two people one draw back is bath shower little small. it has ford transit diesel and get about 16mpg. it drives like a dream and can park nearly anywhere. we have traveled 5k miles in it so far with very few issues. course all rvs have a few issues. if you cant fix minor problems you should not purchase a rv. Thor is absolute garbage with zero quality control. BEWARE BUYING THOR Anything from a 2018 gemini with 3k miles 1-rollers on slide miss aligned and rolling over rivits from factory 2-furnace gas line miss routed pinching off gas line 3-rollers mounting screws half way torqued and loose 4-misc bolts screws and debri left under slide 5-entertainment center fried after 3 uses 6-various fairings and interior covers not fastened or secure 8-electrical wires ziptied to disconnect when slide is extended Had the pleasure of hearing from another Thor gemini owner and same issues and more BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Show less

The minute we got there we were not attacked but plesantly approached by Max, he was amazing, as we told him exactly what we were looking for the money we had and the payment we wanted, he never showed us anything other than that and gave us time to look and talk with each other, we found the PERFECT one, we also got to leave with it, as the gased it up full propane, and detailed, it was better than a car dealership by far... I would recommend MAX by far as a fair and no pushy salesman, I have never been so impressed and David T was amazing at showing my husband and I how everything works and answered all of my questions....... The finance man and Cheryl in finance were also amazing , it was a pleasure working with them, and would not recommend anyone else.... When it comes time for another one, I will only go there and see MAX !!!! Thank you for the most amazing service..... and you kindness...... Show less

We purchased our 2018 Thor Siesta 24 SS new in Sacramento , Ca . we have made 1 one way and 3 round trips from Ga to Ca . multiple trips to Florida and even a trip up to Maine last year ! Other than some minor cosmetic repairs I made myself , this Motorhome has performed almost flawlessly ! We had almost purchased a Very large Class A and are now glad we did not . We have all we need in this compact yet roomy RV and it gets better mileage than my 2018 jeep ! (Which we easily tow behind ) I have just recently had a B service at a Mercedes dealer ! All looked good when inspected ! We could not be happier with our Siesta ! Maneuverability is a big plus in rving ! You'll be glad you purchased a RV on this true and tested Mercedes chassis ! The 3 liter turbo will amaze you with it's power and fuel economy ! Save yourself from a huge luxury coach $ loss ! This RV will retain it's value for years to come !
