Ug, I wish we didn't get this travel trailer. Other than it is easy to tow, the back window is cool, everything else was pretty bad, that is until we fixed the issues. I'll list what we had repaired under warranty. Back brick pattern over the stove needed to be adhered to the wall, the counter with the sink and stove was uneven, they leveled it, but not perfectly. Fresh water indicator kept coming disconnected. The black and grey were labeled wrong. Worked on the awning that kept rolling up unevenly and causing a lot of pressure issues on one side. What we fixed on our own thus far: We had to support the sink, it fell through and was held with pieces of plywood, now held with metal brackets. The TV is 24" you have to have binoculars in bed if you want to watch, but pulling it out and angling pulled the upper cabinets away from the wall, that has been repaired and resealed. Placement of the TV is horrible, constantly hitting our heads. We are looking into putting the TV in a more appropriate place, but may just leave it and learn to deal with it. Behind the couch and window (on the slideout) was a gaping drop used to store the heavy table, we made a nice lid to fit perfectly between the window and couch and now our dogs love it and are no longer afraid. Got rid of the ridiculous heavy table and now have light tv tables, nice little storage place as well for couch pillows and blankets. The storage under the bed came a part, pieces of frame literally broke in half, we had to replace the cheap wood frame and now it's sturdy. Still working on the live tv antenna, doesn't ever pick up anything and there is no crank to raise it so it can pick up air tv, not sure yet what that issue is, but working to resolve. When we sell this trailer whoever buys it will have a trailer that is not slapped together, but one where the owners took time to fix things that we should have never had to fix. Palamino can do better!!

Last time the slide had a bad fuse and it blocked the fuse box....bad design not even up to national standards. Every time we use this RV we have to have it worked on. We just want to sell the thing. This has to be the worst RV we ever owned.

The design, layout, and appearance are good and catch your interest. That being said, once you invest your money buying one, you begin to have second thoughts. I have found out that cheaper than cheap materials were used in its construction. Adding to this, I get the impression that whoever built it, was either inexperienced, did not have pride in his/her work, or was to eager to finish and leave for the weekend to do whatever he/she does on weekends. To my standards, the work done is trash, damaging to the unit's components, and with complete disregard to doing it right. I would place the unit's builders as demolition workers rather than carpenters. The first time that I used it, its electrical system failed miserably. It was serviced at the dealership (whose work and attention to detail left a whole lot to be desired) and fixed?. The second time that I took it (present time) for a trip, I find there is a leak on its plumbing. I mean, common, The first time I used it was for one week and it failed. The second time (present time 10/14/19) it has a fresh water leak. If I was given a choice of choosing among different manufacturers, this would never again be my choice. Potential buyers beware, invest your money with another manufacturer.

List of problems short in slide causing fuse to blow AC unit didn't work( got fixed loose wire) Pinched gas line Front bedroom wall bowing ( finally fixed second visit to dealer cost me 305.00 Tows like crap. cant stay on road loose control. Really bad on Highway. ( Changed WB and sway control, up graded to they say better one) Still sucks. Just went camping 16th of May thought i was going to die. Door handle to bath room coming apart Kitchen sink now has cracks in corner on both sides towards front. missing trim under medication cabinet in bathroom Main door wouldn't stay shut Think that is about it for now. It has 3 slides lots of room . Worst thing we ever bought. Now called dealer yesterday and haven't heard from them yet. I be happy if they would just buy it back , would not buy another one.

I called Warranty Dept. all they had to say was it was built by humans I should call the dealership I bought it at. This was the worst purchase of my life. Stay away from Palamino. FYI this review was wrote by a human too.
