Purchased new August 2018. First trip was fine, no issues. Covered RV for winter then in Spring of 2020 uncovered to find rear plastic shroud was cracked on both sides. Took RV back to dealer who contacted Nexus and was told that because it was over 1yr old no help. Dealer cost of repair was $5000. Took it to a local camper repair shop who did a temp seal. In 2021 the rear roof vent leaked over the queen bed, nice mess, had that repaired at local dealer who found another large crack at the top of the rear shroud, again temp fix. April 2022 two more cracks in rear shroud. This RV has never been off road and has less than 5,000 miles on it! Disgusted!

We purchased an RV through Nexus in Elkhart Indiana 2+ months ago, late November. The salesman promised everything would be in working order and we're still struggling to get things wrapped up and even return calls appear very difficult for anyone at Nexus. My husband even called the owner but it's looking like we'll have to call the owner again. Because Nexus sold this RV to a dealer in North Carolina, in the absence of having details resolved, and some strange unknown problem with the title, we haven't even recieved the title/transfer the title yet. This is unacceptable, especially given that we paid in full for the RV. My husband has been persistent and very polite...seriously, very disappointed:(

We love our Nexus RV. We have had a couple class c's in the past and this one is by far the best. It is our 1st diesel engine and does a great job pulling our mini van through the mountains. We did upgrade the suspension system with LiquidSprings and added SumoSprings on the front. The ride is fantastic now. This is a solid unit when going down the road. We do not get blown around by semi's. The bunkhouse floor plan gives us plenty of room for two teens with lots of storage inside and out. My husband says this unit is easy to maintain.

We went to Elkhart Indiana and watched these coaches being build before we purchased one. We were very impressed on the solid construction and materials used. We have had this coach two years and not sure about the warranty but I think usually after one year on the coach is the norm. We love all the storage inside and out. The two pantries in kitchen plus overhead cabinets are wonderful. There actually is some overhead storage we don’t even use. Love the big tv in living area. It has a smaller tv in bedroom which is adequate . It has an outside tv also which we wish had of been bigger but I guess everyone wants a bigger tv. It has a separate shower from the sink area that is also adequate but like the tv everyone wants a big shower. The paint job is really pretty, all paint, not decals. Love the electric sun screen plus the electric privacy shade on the Hugh windshield. All other windows also have manual separate sun screens and privacy shades. This coach handles well when driving. Love the gps that takes truck routes to avoid low bridges or weight restricted roads. Overall this is a good coach with a few things I would change but I would also have to pay more so for the money it is good.

I bought my brand new Viper 27V in September '17. So far, I have had to have the broken drawer in the booth fixed. That cost me a couple hundred. This was broken when I bought it, and they promised to fix it, but didn't. They paid for the parts, but I had to pay for the service. When I first ran the water in the bathroom it flooded the compartment underneath because the plumbing wasn't even hooked up!!! There was water leaking from under the bed. I complained to Nexus and they found a guy who would come out and fix it. I thought that meant they would pay, but they didn't. It was at that time that I became aware that EVERY SINGLE PLUMBING HOSE WAS NOT TIGHTENED!!!! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! So I paid the guy to go around and tighten the ones he could without taking the RV apart. The stove didn't work. The guy came out and replaced it with a new one that Nexus paid for, BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE CALL. There has been water leaking from under the kitchen cabinet and I've sent pics. They have surmised that the hot water heater hoses must be loose. I'M GUESSING THEY ARE CORRECT SINCE NONE OF THE OTHER ONES WERE TIGHTENED!!! I am waiting to see if they will pay for that. I sold my home and was going to retire in it seeing the country. It is now almost Christmas and I haven't gone anywhere. I am soooo sorry I bought a Nexus. I may just have to sell it and take a loss of tens of thousands of dollars and go back to work. I HATE YOU NEXUS.
