For outlets, lights flash when Furnace attempts to light. Research online has revealed thats lots of others have the same issues. Infact so far the only thing that seems to work as it should is the television. If this is the norm. Stay away from Jayco.

The bedroom slide had a nic at the top of the wood and a 1 ft crack on the side of the decorative wood. The back splash tiles were cracked and the coach had been involved in a accident. Wood inside coach had many dings where someone tried to cover with a lighter stain. Hand railing missing by entry door and a hole in the dash . Very disappointed

The trailer is okay, not great but not terrible except for issues that Jayco does not accept responsibility for and will not cover. During the 15th trip, landing gear quit working. Switch appears to be bad. Dealer service says wiring is burned and has been worn through. I noticed wiring is not secured nor in any type of harness. Naturally the wiring moves a lot when traveling. Wear and tear occurs over time. Jayco says this is not covered. I asked if Jayco engineers are okay with this. Jayco service replied unit is as engineered. I asked if this is planned obsolescence and she said she wasn't stating that but it is as engineered.
This trailer was also supplied with 15 inch tires but the warranty and 2 info plates say s/b 16. The spare is correct but can't be used. Still waiting to see what Jayco says.
Cannot recommend Jayco unless you can fix all the problems yourself and have unlimited resources. I guess when Jayco sold out quality and customer care went away.

It didn't work blame placed on Jayco wiring. Recently found out tires and wheels undersized. Are 225/75r15. S/b 235/85r16. Spare is correct. CW blames Jayco again. Now, in Palisades, Co. Landing gear doesn't work except using hand crank. Looks like switch or motor is bad, maybe both. Talked with engineer who said odd angle placed on landing gear due to smaller tires and higher truck will wear out motor faster. CW may replace tires if Jayco acknowledges error. Haven't asked about landing gear problem. Door for dual propane cylinders pops open when driving over 65. CW says door is too flimsy. Use child locks to prevent issue. Will not recommend Jayco or Camping world because I don't know if issue is with one or the other or systemic to their relationship.

We purchased this 1.5 years ago used.
We just noticed that when the slides are pulled in it leaves a gapping hole in each side of the slides.
Now the warranty is done and will probably cost a fortune to have it resealed.
Very disappointed to have noticed this as the warranty is done....

We have been RV'ers for many years. We are selling the fifth wheel because we've always enjoyed camping in the high mountains of Colorado, and now we live there!
The highlights of this Jayco fifth wheel for me are the spacious bedroom, great storage, roomy refrigerator, and fireplace. My husband appreciates how easy it is to tow and set-up and really enjoys the rearview camera which is great while towing and setting up. We also had some minor warranty work when we first purchased it and Jayco was very responsive and repaired the items at no cost.
The negatives, although minor, are lack of kitchen counter space (so my husband added a drop leaf counter) and the difficulty in accessing the underbelly from the driver's side.
Overall, we have been extremely satisfied with the trailer.
