This floor plan gives any family tons of interior space to live in on those rainy or cold camping days. Take the chill out with the electric fireplace or step inside during those hot and humid days to an rv that is equally cool throughout due to the ducted AC system. The unit has slide toppers to keep debris and water off, as well as keeping those slides shaded which helps with keeping the interior cooler. This fifth wheel tows very well, like your pulling a much smaller trailer due to the fifth wheels pin and wheel placement.

We bought our 2018 new, noticed issues right away. Electrical wires thrown everywhere. Vent pipe connecter in underbelly laying on the floor not connected. TV sitting at a tilt. Axiles miss aligned excess wear on passenger side. 4 sets of broken lamps over passenger side, shackles worn and broken, front cap faded prior to one year. Most recently the 5th wheel cross member broke. Both slides on driver miss aligned peeling tape and other protective seals off. Taken to Camping World Georgetown Ky, total nightmare, no communication. Sitting there for 9 weeks first 7 they did nothing. If you want total aggravation, lose of time, money, and just want to bang your head against the wall here’s the camper for you. All with in 1 1/2 yrs of age. The design and appearance do look good and suit for live ability but construction and quality very poor total wast of money because it can’t be fixed and too much to handle.

I bought a new eagle fifth wheel last year. I loved it until I saw a bubble in the rear wall. Upon inspection it was found to have a water leak and the rear wall needed to be replaced. After the wall was replaced I noticed the sidewall doing the same thing. It now needs replaced. Also had dozens of screws breaking off which hold the large slide in place, the frame is solid rust, the front cap is faded, and so on. I had a laundry list of issues which some were repaired under warranty. Moral of the story is their quality has significantly went downhill. For 60k and 8 months of use this thing is a real pile and it is garaged except for the weekends. I would reccomend buying a different brand that is way cheaper. I figured if I paid up it would be of better quality. Not the case. Look elsewhere. The reviews on jaycos website are only the "happy" or made up customers. I posted pics of mine falling apart but they immediately deleted them. They dont want the public to see the truth..

We purchased our 2018 Jayco/Eagle Fifth Wheel, January 30, 2018 at North Trail RV in Ft Myers, Fl. We live in North Carolina and while on vacation here for 3 months we purchased in Ft Myers. We have experienced defects with the electrical wiring from day one. The light would flicker when the furnace would kick on. When we called Jayco rep, he assured us it was no problem and can be fixed with a new dimmer switch. After Four times in for repairs we still have the same problem and no furnace. It seems whatever defect with the electrical wiring system the furnace breaks down. The furnace has been repaired three time now and is not working again. It has been in the shop to get repaired and we have not been able to use it like we had planned and no one seems to be able to fix the defects with the electrical wiring or furnace. All Bill Plemmons RV World in Raleigh and North Trail RV in Fort Myers - where we purchased this lemon - is put a band-aid on it until we use it again. Jayco will not replace the furnace or fix the defected wiring which causes the furnace to stop working. This has been a problem over a year now. We have a two year warranty which means nothing to us if they cannot fix the problems. We are frustrated, depressed and fear it will go up in flames if this is not fixed and no one cares.

Love the Jayco RV. Tows great behind my truck, feels like a smaller unit even though it is 39' long. The prewired backup camera came in handy backing it down my 300' driveway. The layout and space is great for a smaller family or 2 people. The front living area is nice when the weather is bad and the fireplace adds a home feel to the RV while saving propane in cold weather. The only complaint we had was the bedroom moves a lot because of how far it extends beyond the axles, however that was an easy $50 fix with some manual jacks. The 4 point auto leveling system makes setup super easy, much better than hand cranking old jacks. If not for the new addition to our family, we would absolutely keep this unit for years to come and be perfectly happy with it.
