We really like the layout, it works well for us. The quality just isn't there. There has been multiple small issues that I repaired myself. The slide is the major issue. Going back in the shop tomorrow. We are fortunate to have bought the extended warranty, something I rarely do. I would NOT recommend this unit and do regret buying it because of the issues. Seriously thinking about selling it when it comes out of the shop after only owning a year (purchased new). Show less

Upgrading Axle after 4 years. Tires are severely worn on the inside. The torsion axle is rated to 3500#. The RV gross weight is 3920#. Spoke to customer service through email and they said that Forest River says to never travel with water in your reservoir. They did not design the trailer to have 250# of water moving around while driving. What a joke, the convivence of an RV is to bring potable water with you to the forest. I live in Colorado and the last thing I want to do is camp at a KOA...... Show less

This is a great RV. However, you never 'find things' until after the warranty period... That being said, here are two issues we've experienced. The first one is the Table that is stored under the couch. There are two bolts that weren't put in flush with the flooring and are protruding up so that when the table is replaced under, those 2 screws damaged the edges of the table. The other issue is the laminate on the counter top to the left of the oven has split from the front corner all the way to the outer edge and will need to be replaced. In our opinion, whatever 'quality control' measures were taken before this camper was put on the floor, were inadequate at best. We are very unhappy with what we have experienced so far. Now it has become a DIY repair to 'fix' these issues. Show less

A high end build quality rv. Inside and out the best materials were used. This design has stayed consistent for many years with a timeless design . The no bunk frontal area adds stability and efficiency to the driving Experience as well as additional storage space for the entertainment system. The ford chassis is a super duty f450 and rugged as can be a powerful v10 Gas motor coupled to the heavy duty transmission makes merging onto the interstate east. Ducted roof air conditioning is quiet and efficient. Show less

Our 2007 Winnebago Journey was wonderful for our family. We had plenty of space with the 3 large slides. The back bedroom with the king-size bed was big enough for a 6-foot tall person. The full-size fridge fit enough food for all 5 of our kids. There is plenty of storage everywhere. The 2 roof top air conditioners handled the summer heat without any issues. We were able to pull our Yukon XL (heavy) vehicle with all our bikes and the strong Journey diesel engine handled it well. The automatic hydraulic leveling system made it easy to get settled at the campsite. The automatic air suspension makes driving it and riding in it very comfortable. It has been a dream for our family. We are looking forward to helping another family get started with their RV dreams. Show less

We bought this in 2018 it was brand new 2017. It is very easy to drive. Only 8400 miles on it. Everything is automatic. Black leather every seat. Nice cabinetry it has 2tvs a dvd player outside speakers.it will sleep 8. It has automatic self levelers. The slide out is the whole side of camper Show less

Since I purchased my Sonic I’m very impressed with the layout, craftsmanship , lots of standard equipment that other pull trailers do not have. Tows great behind my 2022 Toyota 4Runner. Great family RV with plenty of room. Loved the separate room for kids. Towed well. Sturdy. storage was adequate for full time living. We upgraded our bed to a full queen size. This trailer is not well built. They left large holes in the floor under the back dresser which let mice and chipmunks in. There is a 18"X18" hole under the shower that was not filled so mice are plentiful in that area. There was another large hole behind the power inverter and panel which mice used as a runway. They didn't plug any holes in under the sink either. The slide out with the double recliner leaked and they came out and said they fixed it... Well I opened up the camper this past weekend, put the slides out and the linoleum was wet. I pulled the double recliner out and the carpet was soaked and stained. The slide was in all winter so how does this happen. Keystone doesn't care because of no warranty. I bought the extended warranty which was 5 years and they say it is not their problem... This is a 2021 model. I am disgusted that they charge what they do for these Units and they are garbage. DON'T BUY ONE!!! Show less

It was love at first site! We quickly felt the solid security this RV has with the quality of the craftsmanship. My only drawback was the accessibility of the high cabinets because I'm very short. So I simply made sure there was always a small folding step stool inside the RV for me to use. I would highly recommend a 2016 DRV MOBILE SUITES 36rssb3 because of its comfort inside, it's appearance inside and out and last but not least is because towing and setup are made easy. Three things this RV has that we're NOT on my "must have list" are the dishwasher, the washer and dryer and the Sleep number bed. Guess what will always be on my new "must have list"! Show less
