Grand Design advertises a four-season trailer with a dedicated heat duct in the fully-enclosed insulated underbelly. During a camping trip, daytime temperatures were in the 50s and during the night temperatures dropped into the upper 20s. That night our water froze in the bathroom (shower, lavatory and commode) with the furnace running and maintaining a temp around 70 in the camper. Contacted Grand Design and was told that their advertised information would not be honored. Their customer service is a joke. The managers are not knowledgeable about their products but have numerous lame excuses why they won't admit a possible error during manufacturing my rv. Do not buy a Grand Design product!

I have a 2018 Grand Design 2800BH and have been dealing with a delaminating wall issue since early 2020.I have had to deal with a few different people at Grand Design and have not found a suitable option to fix this issue. The option for us to get the unit to them on our cost is not good enough, I need someone there to help come up with better option to fix this that doesn't cost me over$6000 in shipping charges alone. The wall is now delaminating all the way down from the top corner down to the bottom, to the point where I can push on the loose fiberglass and clearly see it moving from the glue letting go and I and now scared to even use the RV or pull it anywhere for fear it may get worse and worse as we drive. This wall issue has caused so much stress for us and has really taken the joy and excitement out of the camping and RV owning experience, I cannot afford to ship it to you, I cannot sell or even trade the trailer in the way it is and now don't want to use it for risk of the wall delamination getting worse. I assumed that Grand Design set out to build quality rv's and that's why we chose Grand Design and we love this trailer but I really need you guys to help me make this right. The wall should not be coming apart after minimal use. I am hoping there are some options we can agree upon. I know Grand Design is known for top notch service which was a huge deciding factor for us and we want to be able to rant and rave about the amazing service and products from grand design but we really need some help on repairing this issue.

If the dealer doesn't have a warrente service department fond purchase anything from them . if your buying new you shouldn't have to wait weeks for service work.

We looked a long time for the RV perfect for us. This floor plan offers a lot of space in the living area and kitchen. It is just the two of us so we didn’t need anything that slept more than 2 adults, and chose the theater seating, rather than the fold out couch. The bathroom is much like the living area, spacious!! There is so much storage in the kitchen for the size of the RV. Four drawers, one deep enough for pots and pans. The drawer with the pet trays is nice, especially if you don’t have pets, it’s perfect for cookie sheets and shallow dishes. The outdoor shower hooks ups are great to have, especially taking a shower with your swimsuit on and hair washing. The interior shower is large, you can take a shower while someone else is getting dressed, or doing their hair. The bedroom has a full queen mattress with plenty of room to walk around, backing for a TV, two closets for hanging clothes, and extra storage above the bed and drawers underneath the closets, which also have mirrors. It’s big enough to stretch out, but small enough to fit in all parks, and you don’t need a heavy duty truck to tow it. Simply perfection, which also includes the richness of the cabinets, decor, and design!

Really like that we had a separate entrance and exit, so we did not disturb little ones after coming in from campfire. All appliances have performed as expected with no issues to date. The only problem we've had was a bad elbow connection right after city water connection. Replaced it with new pex elbow while on a trip no problem.

Pros: Layout Living in it Amenities like the pop up tv Lots of counter space in the kitchen Fireplace/space heater Dual AC Lots of storage Cons: Canopy placement Outdoor speakers Dinette booth conversion to bed Ours included the theater seating, but we would have preferred the standard sofa bed. With the dual slides, there is enough space for an inflatable queen bed in the main space. All in all the 2670 is a great unit.

We could not be more disappointed. Each time we take this thing out it gets worse. It started with the entry doors binding and hitting at the top. Warranty repairs and a bunch of fluff (taking more money from my wallet) later we take it out again and the right side of the camper separates from the roof. While in to repair that they find the right panel has cracks under the overlay. Grand design refused warranty saying the bubbles in the roof and cracks are due to lack of maintenance. It is time we file a class action suit, grand design knows they sold defective trailers and they need to pay.
