Bought new. This unit has been in the shop for repairs more than o have owned it. The firefly system is terrible. The house batteries will not stay charged. I have to start the unit 2 to 3 times a week to charge them up. I call the facility where I purchased it. Thet sat bring it in. They keep it for a month ...

Bought new. This unit has been in the shop for repairs more than o have owned it. The firefly system is terrible. The house batteries will not stay charged. I have to start the unit 2 to 3 times a week to charge them up. I call the facility where I purchased it. Thet sat bring it in. They keep it for a month and say it will not do it for them. It's a bunch of crap. I am NOT a happy person right now. But it will be going into shop again when I get back. Fifth time in 8 momths... Very unhappy. BUY A TIFFIN. That's my advise
