It has been an electrical nightmare. First two trips the house batteries would only charge by driving it...solar panel and shore power weren't getting to the battery. For two years the refrigerator worked intermittently; we had no refrigerator for a two month long trip even though we took it in twice during the trip...and this was while it was still under warranty. When the plastic parts on the bike rack fail (duh, plastic in the sun breaks down) you have to either jury rig it or buy a complete new rack...they sell no parts and neither does the manufacturer (Fiamma). My first and last Winnebago. And to top it off, when the warranty is over they won't even talk to you.

We really like the floorplan (given class B limitations) and the Ford platform really works well. The cabinetry looks great, but I've had to repair a bunch of stuff they just didn't put together well (combination of sloppy work and too-small wood screws). I need to investigate the suspension option mentioned in the first review...it's a total tail dragger. Don't go off hardpack because it doesn't like any sand at all! Ours came with a 100w panel which didn't cut it. We added a 160 auxiliary panel and now that pulls the refridgerator and exhaust fan all day long, plus the odd lights. One weird note: there are three plugs for panels on the roof with just the one in use...those all go through the controller. But the plug on the side DOES NOT go through the controller. There is no more room on the roof for any additional panels, so you have to buy an entire auxiliary kit with controller vice just an additional panel.

7th month of owning this outstanding coach, 30 days on the road already. Just got back from 7 days of dry camping in Yosemite. Solar keeps the fridge/freezer cold in 100 degree heat with two extra solar panels ($550). The workspace table behind the passenger seat can be shortened for $125 enabling the seat can recline (otherwise you sit straight up!). My hubby and I are 5'11" so we added a swing-out support to extend the bed to King length (another $125). Airbags in the rear are essential to clear curbs and dips ($2,500) and occasional off-road parking. Getting 18mpg highway loaded down with mountain bikes and luggage rack, goes down to 12mpg with our trailer, RZR and 2 motorcycles but the engine is a beast and it pulls easily up the hills, passing other RVs and big rigs. Overall, couldn't be happier. Just don't leave the awning out in ANY kind of wind-- it does not pull back reliably and will flip up/rip. I use it as my primary vehicle and love driving it but gas mileage around town is poor. No regrets, we love it. Everywhere we go people want to see inside. The lighting makes the space seem large and the screens allow us to sleep with wind flowing through. Can't say enough...it's great!
