The only part of the experience that I slightly disliked was setting up and disassemble every several days. I would however, recommend this RV or any Class A pusher to anyone that wants to see the USA.

We spent upwards of $30,000 to repair this RV over a period of 30 months with very little support from the factory or the dealer See Grins RV out of Gilroy California. We also paid $8000 additional for extended warranties and got very little for our money. Sawdust in the vents, generator, inverter, air compressor, slide outs, canopy coverings for slide outs, heater, Plumbing, blinds and shades and slide out failure twice due to out of square condition of the opening. Do not buy from this company. Factory refused to take it back under the lemon law.

Upon receiving this brand new unit several things broke within the first 60 days. Navigation system display, televisions, Blu-ray player, blinds and shades falling off, inverter, and ventilation system ductwork full of sawdust. Second year heater failure, plumbing valves switchover, exterior television, air compressor on engine, generator and slide out motor failure. Third-year slide out motor failure, heater and window failure. Do not buy an RV from THOR they refused to take this RV back as it was a lemon. Final notes… 21 foot slide out opening was found to be one and a half inches out of square from the factory verified by certified mechanics. A very disappointing experience. Steve Turner- California

Issues I'v had (electrical, heating, plumbing, slides) they didn't have answers for and referred me to their sub's to get info. Had called warranty places for info and they also had no answers. Ended up doing all the repairs myself. Now a 3 year old coach has peeling wallpaper, they told me to try and glue it back , use a hair dryer to smooth it. Pay almost 300K for a coach and this is what you get from Thor !

The coach is very comfortable and you can’t go wrong with a Freightliner chassis. This is my fourth RV, of witch two are class A. The Thor build of this coach seems to not quite be getting to the finish line with quality. The two front storage area flooring rooted out with in 18 months and had to be replaced and now just out of warranty the utility Bay Area flooring is rooted out. They have used the wrong type of material for a wet area. Electrical circuitry and plumbing routing good be better routed and secured. The unit has almost no heating in the utility bay and there are exposed water lines in none heated storage area. They have done a very nice job on the interior assembly and design. The owner’s manual is almost useless, not even close to my model and pages don’t match appendix. Overall, a nice coach for your money.

We had a few issues to start with (as with any new MH) but love the layout of the A40, bath and 1/2, theatre seating, large screen TV (especially during football season) and W/D has come in so handy. With central vac, it has been easy to clean to keep clean. There is so much storage, between cupboards, underneath, etc. We tow a Jeep Grand Cherokee and find the MH has no problem climbing mountains, fully loaded. We've been everywhere we wanted to travel to and are grateful we upgraded to do our traveling in comfort and style.

We bought our Venetian 2 years ago after looking at others diesel pusher in the same size. We love the lay-out, and all of the features it had to offer. We had your typical new coach issues, but were able to work through them and have enjoyed our trips over the last two years. We weren't sure we would use the washer/dryer, central vacuum (mainly tile floors) but love having all these features. We love the bath and 1/2, and husbands favorite is the satellite with a 55' TV (especially during football season)

We bought a Thor Tuskney on Dec.2018 it was a new left over 17 we it took to have some repairs. There were only 30 things wrong. It went into the shop on Feb. 28 2018.and got it back on March 1, 2019. Almost a month. We are full timers this is our home. We had to find a place to stay while they so called fixed it. It cost me 6000.00 to find a place to stay during spring break. They said we should of read the contract were it says they are not responsible for us pay for us to stay while in the shop. And yes I should’ve read all 5 pages of fine print but I listened to the finance guy. Here are just a coulple of things that is wrong with. Cable not finished, vent on bottom of the bed is broke they couldn’t fix it have to take it to Indiana, the theater seat well to mush to say.the toliet in the main bath quit flushing, all window leaked, it leak from what the call the feature light on the ceiling, I mean leaked And water came through I don’t know over the microwave into the door where it leaked onto the counter. The cook top messed up said we were useing the wrong pans and the were induction pans they tried to sale us that they sold our pans are the right one. None of the awnings worked, vent fan in kitchen never worked, the step cover does not work. It leaks were so bad that the insulation bowed out the outside of the slides. Have to take back to factory to be fixed. Now my question is if we found out the it leaked how long did it sit on the lot and leaked when it rained,i asked about black mold and thay said it was not their responsibility. And when i asked to see the insulation from the ceiling they wouldn’t it me see it. I am going to ask when we take to manufacture they said i had to test for black mold. The facet in the half bath leaks it drips they have to fix that at the manufacture. I found 4 more things wrong. I can’t report things to the dealer anymore i guess they got tired of me complaining. We don’t take it back to the factory until July. A new motor coach and to have this many things wrong, it had 1700 miles on it when we bought it. So everything was covered warranty. And did not cost me. So the FREE warranty work cost me about 6000.00 to stay while the fixed it. And don’t forget this is our HOME. I don’t want the broken piece of trash. Give me my money back i dont even want it has that much it you will always have trouble with it.
