2017 Thor Motor Coach Chateau Citation 24SS Class C reviews

We purchased new at Camping World and the sales people were really good. After that things went downhill fast. Camping World had assured me everything would be repaired in a 90 day period. The walkthru was about 10 minutes and they try to rush you as fast as they can so you cannot find issues. We did find three issues with vinyl and they noted them and fixed them. Another issue with a dent in hood and side door(will not fix because you did not see in walkthru in dark parking lot) Construction debris under vinyl flooring they cut out and cleaned then failed to glue back down properly, came up within 6 months. Had to have toilet replaced after arguing with CW over it not holding water and smell coming into coach when driving down road. Finally, got someone at Thor who admitted it was not working as designed. Replaced air cond, not cooling. Other minor warranty repairs, just frustating to have to drive in, wait while they review and then come back when Thor approves the fixes. Love the coach after all issues were fixed but will not keep for long term because it seems they rushed through building these.
