We went from a 25ft TT to this 5th wheel. Was quite exiting time at first. The honeymoon lasted about 1 week. From tire plugs in two tires(not all of the manufacturer fault), leaking kitchen faucet, inside stairs that sounded like a 100 year old home, inside trim falling, a/c in the bedroom was blocked by a piece of Styrofoam, window in bedroom slide leaking, slide out stuck in the out position, (I would of had to pay a mobile service for repair) missing a window screen in slide-out and nother last, the fire place worked twice and quit working. Customer service - Aweful!! You were treated as if either you were making things up or it was something you had done wrong. Needed pictures of everything. When the servicing dealer first checked the a/c, warranty department wanted the entire ceiling taken out to prove no air was coming out of the vents. I was told if there wasn't a problem I would of had to pay for diagnosis! Never again will I buy another one of their products. After we started going to different places you were lucky to see one of these models in the campground. Buyer beware. If you don't see a few of something in a campground, look away and go with a more popular manufacturer. Upset and heartbroken in Illinois

We are into our 5th week touring Michigan in our Crusader. The longer we stay in it, the more we start noticing the quality is extremely poor. Looks pretty from the outside though. Molding by the door popped off, the wallpaper by the rear living window is bubbling...one year old and we are concerned about a leak somewhere. Trim around front door keeps popping. Next time we shop for an RV, we will take a flashlight with us and inspect all walls and trim. Nickel plating on Dura brand faucets is coming off. Chrome plating on all fancy wheels is peeling (warranty covered replacement). Outside cream colored decal accumulated pink mold/mildew. Cost too much to replace so we took a hairdryer and peeled it off. Don't spend more than $30,000 for an RV...they all seem to come off the same assembly line.

And this is after water poured out of the light fixture above the kitchen island because the ac wasn't installed right. Forrest river prime time needs to actually live in their own product before they sell it.

Plumbing not hooked up, kinked water hose, spongy floor , inoperable shower, mislabeled satellite cable hook up, air cond still does not work in fact it will not cool better than three degrees cooler than ambient when only 85 outside. Windows didn'the work, no instructions, many cheap parts have broken, and that is just a few. Thank goodness the dealer has fixed most but the floor is still bad and air does not work

I have been reading reviews on rvt.com. Did my research on fifth wheel, finally came down to buying Primetime Crusader 380MBH. But after reading all the reviews on rvt.com I am very disappointed and now stuck between Crusader 380 MBH or a Avalanche 361TG. Even though 380MBh has everything we like. Should the review be deciding factor? What I like about rvt.com ,there is good positive reviews and bad negative reviews. Avalanche has pretty good reviews, but every single review on crusader 380 MBH is bad. Does this mean anything?? Could someone help me out. I don't want to end up with issues like others have. Moreover I was planning to buy 380MBh from a dealer 350KM away. My Rv will be permanently parked with no intention on road. my research says unlike car industry most RVS build quality is not the best. They are assembled by humans giving lot go margin for error. It is a mighty task to physically take your RV for warranty work, normal wait time is couple of month or even more during summer. Then the issue with who covers some of the warranty the dealer or manufacturer. The worst depreciation ever is on RV. Confused state of mind to make decision
