I'm the second owner of this RV. My wife and I love the layout of this trailer. It has loads of storage. Between the corner cabinet and the kitchen panty you have plenty of space for all of your kitchen needs. The most convenient thing I've found is the outdoor kitchen with a pass-thru to the living area. Since owning the camper we've been up and down the east coast and never had any problems with the camper towing. Everything on the unit is in great shape and works well. The next owner of this camper will have no problem with any system on board.

We love the layout of this RV, but we have had nothing but problems with the slideouts, and leaking over the front door. There have been other minor issues that we have been able to deal with and our warranty covered. But the slideouts apparently aren't covered by our warranty and we have an estimate of $7,500 to repair them. We talked to the makers of the slideout mechanism, and they say that the manufacturers were using hollow slideout rails and were told not to after a certain point. We also found out our walls are separating somehow. We take THE BEST care of our trailer. We park it inside. It is well maintained. There are only 2 of us, no kids, and we aren't heavy people. These things shouldn't be happening. I'm trying to get Keystone to help, but so far they have told us no. I will keep pushing! I would not recommend this model to anyone.

It offers a unique floorplan that has met all our expectations. It has more storage than you can imagine. We all like our stuff and you can find a place for it. Everything is just convenient. Anyone owning a RV well be way ahead if they are a hands-on person. Be prepared to do things. Stuff happends, but we are blessed with many places to search out the answers. The industry has not kept up with the demand for service. However they working to give the owners the tools to keep them camping. We are glad we did it. Enjoy the experience, Kwink

The 2017 Keystone Bullet Ultra-Lite Premier is a perfect fit for a couple with an occasional guest or small children. I have loved the ease of travel with this 22Ft Travel Trailer with just the right amount of room for my partner and I. I have taken it to California and back without issue or problem in my Dodge Ram Hemi 2016. I have had no failures of any kind with AC/Heat, Plumbing, electrical or structure. I enjoy the electric awning and very cold air conditioning during summer months. I have a dog and leave her in camper and never has the AC failed me. The TV is just the right size and can pivot out, or on each side allowing viewing from anywhere in the camper. I love the size which makes towing, parking and set up so easy that I can do it by myself! The outdoor kitchen checks all the boxes for me including, sink, cupboard for storage, refrigerator, 2 burner stove that is easily slid into kitchen for storage.

We were new to camping and we're looking for a good starter trailer we thought that this would be a good one for the money. Being a travel trailer it is very easy to tow , and we loved the bunkhouse layout for our kids. Unfortunately the quality of this trailer was extremely poor. We are happy that we did not buy a trailer from keystone with a lot of features as they would probably all be broken. When the camper was less than one year old we took it in for its inspection and to get a roof inspection as the panels underneath the membrane where separating causing tears in The membrane. The technicians took pictures of the trailer roof and sent them in for warranty as they also believed it should be covered. Keystone denied warranty. They stated it appeared to them that sticks falling on the roof caused the tearing of the membrane which makes absolutely no sense. I will never buy another keystone or anything else that they are associated with because they're warranty means absolutely nothing. On something that was so blatantly poor quality as you can see the underneath sheets separating from each other and could actually move the plywood underneath around with your hand and you could see the stretching and eventually ripping of the roof I feel that there is no excuse for this.
