Ordered a brand new 3950br legacy edition/4season and have over 35 items that need fixing or were not included as ordered including correct furnace,floor insulation missing completely and the list goes on.keystone rep does not return calls. Over 20 calls to him. Worst customer service I have seen. The quality in rv is extremely poor and I would advise buying a another brand!!!
