Very spacious with five slides, full master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and family room (55" big screen, six recliners, surround sound indoor/outdoor stereo, and electric fireplace). Also, the remote leveling, huge remote awnings for shade, equipped with solar power options, blackout shades. What I did not like was the fact we never really utilized the unit, towed it, and spent more than a couple days at a time.

We bought and lived in our RV for about a year and a half after having a house fire. We wanted to stay on our land close to the house while it was being rebuilt. We picked this trailer because: it is auto leveling, has a generator, the refrigerator is full size, the shower was big, it felt like a home inside. The trailer was big enough for our grown children and our grandchild to visit and everyone have a place to sleep. Lots of privacy with the different sections in the trailer. The trailer has several TV’s and electrical perks for entertainment. Also this trailer was equipped to handle the summer and winter weather in Oklahoma. We had extreme heat the summer we lived in it, the two ac units kept up and kept the trailer cool. We saw two winters (lots of ice and snow during one of them) while in the trailer, between the electric fire place and the propane heat, we stayed warm and a plus our water did not freeze but one time (our own fault, we ran out of propane. This was the closest thing to a real home that we could find and it did not disappoint. It is a home on wheels.

The livability on this fifth wheel is designed for home away from home livability. The master and second bedroom is spacious and well suites our needs for sleeping accessibility. The loft not only provides sleeping quarters for two, it can also be used for storage. It has been used for both and have been pleased with this amenity. The overall quality, regardless from others, is without a doubt, the best I have ever owned. I have owned multiple RV’s (7) and this Northpoint is the best I have ever owned. The customer service from Jayco directly, is hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced. You most definitely get results from them because they will handle any issues with the local distributors directly. I have never been upset with them, usually it’s your local distributors you have to hold accountable. The floor plan suites our needs for this fifth wheel due to the residential kitchen and the overall setup is setup for your convenience. Towing this fifth wheel is as smooth as it gets. I have towed with truck models from 2500’s to 350’s and have never been disappointed. Setting up in parks or overall tow ability has been effortless, maybe having to slow down because you may forget you are towing anything behind you is the thing I have to remind myself when towing. Also, you do have a camera on the back for towing or setting up which has proven to be handy. Rating this RV without a doubt gets all 5’s from my experience.

This camper is a well layed out camper, quality it has not a lot going for it, to start with you can look at every lighrt switch in the camper and they are crooked weather the camper is level or not, not enough or they dont work well enough for the air conditioners to keep it cool, fridge works sometimes, slide stripped all the gears after about 15 uses, had to wait so long on parts we were unable to go on holidays this year and then we missed a buddies wedding because of it, everytime we take it out something else goes wrong with it, I am pretty handy so I just continue to fix but its a real let down from our last toy hauler, really sorry i spent all this money on it. i could not recommend anyone to buying a seismic after the countless problems we experienced, oh yeah and forgret about warranty thats a joke, our floor in the camper also all lifted, I guess we are the suckers.

The Fridge quit, the microwave died, the slide leaks, the nose cap is coming off, the awning quit........ there were 15 things on the repair list. It has been in the shop for NINE months, there is a suspension recall that we have been waiting to have fixed since January. The work has not started, they have no plan at this point its been at the dealers longer than we have had it home. I am at my wits end. I dont know what to do. The dealer blames Jayco and I am still waiting for our unit. What do I do?
