With a recession on the horizon in 2023, people returning to work instead of working remotely and that COVID is under control, the RV market is now over priced in decline as shown by many recent articles such as these below. In addition that the NADA guide is very inflated and does not reflect the true market valuation based on: supply/demand, economic climate, rising interest rates and high fuel prices to name a few. Major RV distributors throughout the US will only pay less than 65% of what the asking price from a private seller.
Bottom is, do your homework!

This is a very comfortable RV. All aspects of it's layout and the quality of everything is excellent. It is easy to drive and we towed a vehicle with no issues. Bought my RV "new". Previous owner had it 1 month. Returned it with nearly a dozen factory issues. Dealer put it right back on the lot. I found out about the previous owner's problems when I found all their personal paperwork in the coach. Returned the RV for repairs. It took the dealer 8 months to fix everything and they still weren't done. Now for the coach. Dash bounces nearly 2 inches in the vertical. Found out through other forums the bolts holding the chassis to the body were actually broken inside the engine compartment, not the dash. Nearly every water line leaked. Exterior shower head was broken. Interior dash fans are so loud you can hardly hold a conversation. Refrigerator doors wouldn't stay closed. Had to add locks. House batteries were not interconnected properly. These were all factory issues that Fleetwood, nor, REVGroup would fix. Many issues were covered under warranty, but still could not find fixes.

We still to this this day can not find a better floor plan. Would not recommend buying from Camping World. They are the main problems I’ve ever had with three motor homes I’ve had. I like our Bounder A lot!

Our grandchildren love the power overhead bunk in the front. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. First time we've had a washer/dryer in our unit and it's now a must...didn't realize what we've been missing. Fleetwood has really used the space wisely....has 2 pantries and plenty of cabinets for storage.

Will not recommend this home-had 46 safety & manufactured defects, evidence of poor quality control & work integrity. Made numerous return trips to dealership, one to REV RV GROUP in TX, & one to Ford dealership. FLEETWOOD did reimburse us for some gas costs & everything was covered under the warranty. But is was frustrating worrying about what would happen next.
