We purchased this 2017 Isata 3 RW in Sept of 2019. In the 3 years we have owned it, we have not had any real issues - fuse went out in the refrigerator which we replaced easily and we replaced a GFI outlet. The RV drives like a dream and we love the exterior storage on the RW. This RV is not meant to "live" in, so I rated that lower. We have taken trips in excess of 2 weeks with no issues. This RV had steel wheels and we just swapped those for aluminum wheels. I would highly recommend aluminum wheels. Additionally, we are swapping out the dinette for a trifold sofa. We would rather have space that can be slept on with a smaller table in front. The shower is small so if you are a very large person, this might not work well for you. The Tecma toilet is great and the Truma hot water system is the best. This 2017 model included a full size spare tire and 3 remote controlled Maxxair fans. If I were to buy this unit brand new today, these are the options I would want: lithium batteries (though we've had NO issues with our AGM batteries), 4 point leveler (we have stabilizing jacks which are fine, but to be level at the push of a button would be nice), a refrigerator that will run off of inverter, a trifold sofa with a small table, aluminum wheels, TPMS, diesel generator and a Winegard Satellite system. I would also want an induction cooktop in place of the propane cooktop, but I don't think that's currently an option. The Forest River Forums has a Dynamax group and the customer service from Brian Clemens @ Dynamax is outstanding. He is always answering questions or responding to issues posted on the forum.

Bought it used in 2019. Neither myself nor the prior owner have had any problems. I’ve read other reviews and some issues sound like they didn’t winterize properly which caused Truma to fail. If you register your Truma, they will give you a 2 year warranty. All of the fit/finish/stereo issues should be noted and fixed by the dealer. So, ensure you get a full walk through and ensure that absolutely everything works correctly. If it doesn’t, get it fixed before delivery or get it in writing that they will fix it. We love the storage space in f the RW.

This Motorhome has the room and the power to get the job done from the RAM 5500 6.7L Cummins Turbo Charged engine. The smoothness of the ride is unbelievable in a Motorhome. This Motorhome is more home like than anything we have owned. The bedroom has a king size bed, the shower is more than adequate and the kitchen has plenty of countertops and cabinets. With 2 slide outs you have room enough to have you own space when camping. The home sized refrigerator will hold all you would ever need to carry at one time. Outside there is plenty of storage. We continuously get between 9 and 10 mile to the gallon wearing a heavy shoe at time and towing up to 10000 lbs is a big bonus. The quality has been good with just minor repairs to the obvious things you see in a new motorhome. We are very happy with this unit.

We bought as a second owner as the original only made one trip in it. It had 1700 miles. When we got it home we had problems with the slides the main slide not retracting evenly and all the way. Brought it back and they reprogrammed the computer. At home the slide failed to extend. Back again for a new slide motor, Everything is computerized. Of all the ways to control interior lights none worked properly. After they re=programmed the computer the lights do come on and off as long as you know where the control switch is. They are not where you would expect to find one. The entry step is an after thought. When retracted it is low to the ground and will hit a curb which is not very high. We got into traffic once and had to maneuver when we hit the step. This is going to be an expensive repair even though the step is not damaged. It is the step was fastened to that is weak. I was always under the impression the a Dynamax was a top of line unit but since a different company builds them this is no longer true.
