It is a bit weird, because I have owned this motor home for 2+ years and am now selling it. RVTrader thought it was a good idea to write my own review. So before buying this coach we owned an Allegro and a Holiday Rambler. Both diesel pushers. When we decided to become full time RVers, we traded the Allegro for this coach (a) it was slight bigger and it has 3 slides. We have put 21,000 miles on it, and bought new tires. THAT'S IT. It is a great motor home, no mechanical problem, no engine problems and very comfortable for the two of us. Show less

Was very easy to start using this motor home for traveling. I was able to handle it well and there are nice storage areas and electronic controls. The awning is push button as is both the 2 slides. This makes their setup very simple. The space is useable with the slides out or even with them in if you are taking it across the country and want to stop in rest areas. With a U-Haul style tow dolly it is very easy to tow a smaller vehicle to use for work. There were some issues that I had to figure out or take to the shop to find out where certain buttons were. I don't find the books that came with the vehicle to be informative enough. I needed to go to the shop to find the second black valve. I also had to pay for a mobile technician to show me where the reset button is located under the bed. I thought the antennae was broken because of items shifting in the cupboard shutting off the antennae. I have been the only owner. The only down side for me has been leaks which have all been repaired. The water tends to run down the side and leaks have been around the lights. A seal test was completed in February. You will be able to see the places where leaks have occurred and where repairs have been made. There is no structural damage. The awning does have professionally applied tape secondary to surviving a hail storm in South Dakota. Show less

The Mercedes Synergy SP24 is by far an excellant motorhome that exceeds all expectations. The Synergy SP24 delivers plenty of torque for a coach it's size. The smaller C class coach is a very versatile and extremely pleasant driving machine for short or long distance travels. The Synery's compact interior lay out was well designed for maximum comfort. Love the floor plan, drives OK, but quality of workmanship is horrible! Worse yet is the service from General RV which I suggest you avoid they only care about the sale and nothing more, they treat you like crap after the sale, they also charged $3K for what general rv calls “prep” and they did ZERO prep, nothing at all they lied and said all items would be checked and flaws fixed prior to delivery and they did nothing but steal $3K from me! The 29G is a good vehicle. We've been across the country three times in ours and its been overall a comfortable drive. Sidewinds will push it around and I'll pull over rather than fight it if it's getting pushed too much. If you're very sensitive to fuel cost, you shouldn't consider any Class A or C vehicles ... fuel stops will be traumatic. Everything seems to work well in terms of the galley, electrical, plumbing and slide outs. There is good closet and drawer storage but the lower drawers are not accessable unless the rear slide is extended. I have five gripes: The rear of the vehicle extends 'way out past the rear wheels and drags on most driveways ... steep ones you won't make it up ... probably common with most 29 footers. The jack clearance requires a very cautious approach to speed bumps ... it'll land hard on them if you're going too fast. The plastic trim strip over the passender cab door has shrunk and pulled away from it's mounting channel. It's too short to return it to it's place. The tranmission wants to down-shift a long time before it needs to when you're on a rise and often drops down a couple of gears. It makes the cruise control pretty useless unless you're on a level road. Probably a Ford issue. Show less

I Purchased a Thor product because I was told it had very good reviews but now after 5 to 6 years owning the vehicle I’ve had so many problems throughout the years and now all the material on the couch and all the chairs are deteriorating and cannot be fixed. I contacted Thor and they cannot help me they said but I also seen a lot of reviews with the same problem. Why is this happening Thor should stand behind their product I will pass this on to whoever ask me about this vehicle when camping Show less

This is the most spacious of the 2016 Palazzos, and it was wonderful for being full-timers, and for taking the grandkids along with us at times, and even their parents. The refrigerator held enough food for a month, and the convection/micro was perfect. It was nice having a bath and a half and the shower is very roomy. The storage space inside and out is unbelievable and we could bring everything we wanted. The location of the 2 TV's inside and 1 outside were perfectly placed for all to view. Our only complaint was the material they used for the furniture and faux tile by the kitchen sink, all fixable. We are the original owner and downsizing now that we are not full-timers anymore. The RV is amazing and I enjoyed driving it every time. It is a reliable vehicle and and perfect for long drives. There is a lot of space and comfortably fits 8 people. Everything that is essential is included in this RV and will not disappoint. Show less

As you know Covid has isolated all of us and this camper helped us move around the country to visit our grandkids. The Thor Quantum ran smoothly and flawlessly. Our grandkids and family spent great enjoyable times staying in the bunk beds and roomy accomodations. Using the 5 TV's, HDMI Video Distribution Box, and Cable TV and HD/DSS Satellite Ready really entertained us all. Show less
