This is our 1st Class A motorhome. Floor plan is very good with the slide unit extended. The large cockpit is roomy and adds to the open felling, along with the great front windshield panoramic view. We like the accessibility of the bedroom with the slide unit retracted, although, it would be better if all the drawers were accessible. Adequate storage and usability of all areas, is nice. After having the alignment done on our brand new unit, drivability is better but could use refinements. Less swaying and smoother ride would be nice. We will need to spend money to help with these issues. The dash board radio, camera, etc. could be a 100 times improved. The speakers are in the living area which makes it hard to hear the radio in the cockpit. There should have been front speakers installed. Radio reception is remarkably limited. The heater/AC selections are minimal and no not allow for good adjustments. The heater ducts were never terminated in a proper way and do not keep the driver's feet warm. The AC struggles to cool the massive front area. We have a leak above the driver's corner but have found the caulking on top to have a space that was missed. The "L" shaped dinette has limited distance from back cushion to knees, which keeps you from sitting back comfortably. The entry door is twisted, leaving a 1/2" gap at the bottom of the door. The door window gasket has shrunk and is not "in place". Cabinetry is entry level, at best. It is particle board covered with wood grained vinyl. Would not be an issue, except, they left all the edges raw, or not properly cut. There were no drawers that did not need reset, as they all closed improperly. There were/are many other issues that we are still addressing, in order to make our coach our own. We are not saying THOR should be avoided. We are saying, when shopping for a motorhome, inspect every aspect of the build quality and address any concerns with the seller before purchasing. For us, there is one dealer we will avoid in the future, as the pre-delivery missed several items and the deal we struck with our salesman was not the deal we were promised. In good faith, we purchased our unit, but the follow-thru was a disappointment. A good note is the size of our 27.1 works well for all campgrounds and manoeuvrability in towns and cities. On another good note, our mileage is consistently nearing 10MPG, depending on topography, wind, etc., with nearly 10,000 miles

Love this beautiful coach...first class quality and comfy to relax in. Perfect size for 4-6 people and excellent for couples with the full size king bed. It is awesome for people who do not want a really long RV, but still spacious enough inside.

Very poor workmanship and quality interiors, just missed my lemon law .Just in a hurray to put them out at factory left may roof drain off, windows not sealed, molding in bathroom not close to filling space around sink took two times to get it fixed.in shop now for third time for leaking gray tank. if this is made in USA.No wonder everybody buying foreign. And as far as I'm concern they only in to sell as many as they can because they don't have the shops or mechanics to work on them. Ridicules to have R.V.'s down 4-6 weeks to fix dealer has had my R.V. more than I have in 2yrs. took me 2 week s to get appoint in July went in on 23rd still haven't got it back.to fix gray tank and carburetor on generator that's never been used.
