We bought this new. We added a solar cell on the roof and a thermostatically controlled automatic vent fan (for when we leave our dogs mostly) shortly after we bought it. My husband swapped out the lights for LED and the marine battery for two golf cart batteries. He also recently added a power lifter on the tongue. We have taken it to Wyoming in the fall, the California coast several times, the Sierras, and to Upstate NY from our home near Sacramento CA. No major problems except with the shower doors. They don’t stay closed during travel and they’re pulling off the frame. I think we are going to take them off and replace them with a shower curtain. Tows fine with our 6 cyl Honda Odyssey. Still love the floor plan and interior finishes. Haven’t used warranty or Customer Service. Show less

I would never buy this again, had problems with the slide, out of pocket fix. Now the slide gets stuck, need someone to push on the outside to start it in. Our fault, but the kitchen is NOT accessible when the slide is in. Our trailer before, 2 entry doors, you could access sink, stove, refrigerator, pantry with slide in. The bedroom and bathroom were always accessible like this trailer. No storage for pantry, maybe 10" wide, each shelf maybe 12", of course behind the slide. Only redeeming factor is the bedroom slide with two closet doors, and 2 doors with shelves for the bathroom. Bought it from Camping World in Troutdale Oregon. Had warranty issues, finally we called the head person at Pacific Coachworks to get them to action. Now 5 years later. Still wrong color blinds in livingroom and kitchen. Show less

We bought our trailer new over 5 years ago and use it regularly. We needed a lightweight trailer that was tall enough for my 6’ 5” husband and had a walk around bed to accommodate his size. The design is perfect for us plus we have a full oven/range and large refrigerator and bathroom. It’s just the perfect design for what we need, all lightweight enough for our 6cylinder SUV to tow all over the western US as we take long road trips for weeks at a time. I do not see any smaller trailer with a queen size bed, full oven/range and large refrigerator out there even 5 years later! It also has high clearance and we like to boondock in it. So far nothing has broken just the ceiling vent covers needed replacement for $20 each and other minor maintenance. Show less

I liked the spacious interior of this RV. The center island was a nice touch and the bathroom was not cramped. The U shaped dinette seems larger than the standard dinette. Another nice feature is the flip around TV which can be viewed from the bedroom or the living area. Show less

We bought our trailer new. It has never been in the shop. Nothing has ever quit working. The only problem we have had is a tv connection. We love our trailer. When we've had questions, their service department has always promptly responded and have been extremely helpful. We would definitely buy another trailer from them. Show less

I loved my trailer. I just wasn't able to use it much. I sold it to a good friend in Oregon. She can't register it because the VIN # stamped on the trailer doesn't match the # on paperwork, that came from PC. I've tried countless times calling and emailing PC with NO response. Poor customer service in my book. Show less

Beautiful Trailer. Easily towable and has all the amenities of home. You will not be dissapointed. the outside looks nice and the hardwood floors are amazing. cant beat the value for the price! highly recommended! Show less

Have owned this trailer since November 2015, have used it at least 35 times in rain, wind and snow and we couldn't be happier with this trailer our 3rd in 40 years. Never had a single problem so we can't complain. Show less

We have owned it two years and only used it twice. We love the floor an. Very open. So comfortable. The queen bed is comfy and the couch folds open and is very comfortable too. We never used the bed under the table. Refrigerator is nice size. Awning opens easily. We had it ceramic coated. Easy to pull. Show less

We bought our 28dbss northland new from camping world. One week after bringing it home, we had a huge rainstorm and the kitchen window leaked onto the countertop and ruined it. I took it back to camping world and they had to order a new cabinet, countertop, and replace the vinyl flooring. Camping world had gone through and re-sealed all the windows on the trailer for good measure. Got it back and everything was fine. On our third trip with the trailer, with less than 500 total miles on it, the right rear tire blew at 30mph. All tires are kept at maximum psi since I’m pretty anal about tire pressure. No problem, just install the spare. 10 minutes down the road, the spare blows at 55mph taking out the fender, supports for the fender, insulation. Spare tire was an exact match to all the other Chinese tires. After 5 hours, finally got the tire replaced(Sunday mind you) by the good sams road side assistance. My advice is to check your tires and if they are China bombs, switch them out to American made Goodyear tires. Show less
