Bought the unit new in 2017. Overall decent quality except for the manufacturer missing about 2 inches of seal in the corner of the slide. Water was infiltrating slowly into the corner of the slide from day one resulting in rotting the corner. We had to have the slide totally rebuilt at a cost of over $8000 CAD. Also it always towed like a pig. Very unstable, crappy factory tires and no shocks. On the positive, we were able to camp at -25C with no problem with the water not freezing anywhere.

This fifth wheel is easy to tow. The links makes it manageable. It has plenty of storage space with easy access. The slide out in the living room dining room area makes working n the kitchen comfortable. underneath a queen size bed you will find plenty of storage for things that you will need to take along on your trip. This RV has great insulation, which helps with heating and cooling. Equipped with an RV airflow system helps in keeping the air conditioner distributing air, evenly and efficiently.

If you looking for the best all around fifth wheel, for a couple, this is it. Looking at construction and overall livability, it's hard to beat. As for being a 4 season camper, it's up there, if not the best in class. Floor plan makes it roomy, with high ceilings, and has a walk around bed. Storage capacity has never been an issue. Driving it is simple due to size and the custom built frame and suspension. It's under 30 feet and can get into just about every private, state, and national park campsite. We have dry camped in this for 5 days, using the shower daily, without issue. It took us a year to purchase it as we compared it to the competition and Arctic Fox has kept it's design virtually the same since its inception. Many competitors have copied the floor plan, but not the quality of the product. Definitely a great, long term investment in RV camping.

The fridge is very large and works great! Having a full bathtub is a bonus and bathroom has a large cabinet for all your clothes. The fuel station and air compressor is a must and came in handy on several trips. This camper is top notch quality compared to others. 4 season polar package and all tanks are insulated! Pulls great down the road.

I have owned several RV's over the years and this was without a doubt the worst quality unit that I have ever owned. 80% of the screws in the cabinet hardware were stripped from being over tightened. There was sawdust and construction trash in every nook and cranny. Sawdust sifted down from the ceiling. One of the roof vents was installed backwards. Abundant rust on the frame and undercarriage. The vinyl flooring was not sealed down and had big bulges and bubbles. I spent 4 years fixing all of the problems and sold the trailer. Based on my experience, if you are considering a new RV do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything made by Northwood Manufacturing.
