I used my toy hauler to haul my bike and my golf cart, not at the same time to rallies. First the back room was so hot we couldn’t use it until we added another AC , left my golf cart in the back of the trailer for a week then saw a crack west to east by the door going into the back, trim has been falling off, then the motor on the awning went out , only one speaker works outside wiring issues, a tire blows out , the wall behind the stove is leaking so the counter top is buckled up, know the floor in the back room is so soft you can’t put anything in the back. So I started pulling up the floor and it is made of press board. The floor was getting wet from underneath. This has been a night mare after the first year warranty went out. My toy hauler has only been used about 10 times and the rest of the time it sets on a slab in my back yard

I bought this camper new from Camping World, first mistake. Immediately I started having water leaks. They would keep the camper for about 3 months and claim the leaks were repaired. Then I noticed the front cap was delaminating and because of water damage. When I told Camping World about it, they stated I had not done proper maintenance to the roof. They did the roof each year. The last leak was where the kitchen sink attaches to the grey water tank and the 90 degree pvc fitting was not glued so it came off and eventually damaged all the flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and garage area. Contacted Keystone and was told they would do nothing because my camper was out of warranty. I camp quite a bit and I tell EVERYONE, don't buy Keystone because they are built cheaply and they do not back their product.

The Keystone Fuzion Impact 312 Toy Hauler is an amazing trailer for those who like their toys or need extra open storage space. First, it has a great open floorplan with bedroom up front, the garage is a generous 12' with a door in-between the garage and the main living area. This keeps the toys separate from the living area and/or gives people maximum privacy if someone is using the queen beds in the back. Its like having your own apartment! The 2 garage area electric beds can be raised to the ceiling to give room for the toys, and lowered to use the bottom one as opposing couches. Lower the ramp, drop the built in back screen and its feels like having your own outside porch! Most travel trailers do not have a generator and require buying a loud heavy portable one that you have to haul so many extra gasoline and/or propane tanks if you enjoy dry camping. The Impact 312 by Fuzion has a hefty Onan 5500 built in that easily runs 2 air conditioners plus lights. Its 30 gal. onboard gas tank fuels the generator as well as you can use its outside fuel station to fill up your toys. The fresh water capacity is a generous 106 gallons. The leather sofa in the living area has 2 recliners to make camping comfortable which are heated at a touch of a button and the blue LED lit up cup holders as well as under sofa lighting add an extra classy touch. The kitchen is ample enough to cook your meals and serve on the kitchen bar area or use the fold up matching table for sit down meals in front of the sofa. The two slides give plenty of room to walk around. The long awning outside is lit with LED lights to enjoy sitting outside on warm summer nights. This is a awesome sharp looking RV for families as it sleeps 8, or a couple who want extra room to move around in the back.

This is a very easy towing Travel Trailer. It has very good ground clearance with great suspension and high quality tires. Love the arched roof both inside and outside, water rolls off quickly and the added headroom inside is awesome. This unit gives more comfort to living in a RV vice living in your toy Hauler with the toy hauler area totally closed off from the living area. Very nice functional layout.
