Bought new from the factory through RV Direct and picked up in Des Moines, Iowa. Went immediately to camping and it rained that night. Discovered water running down the kitchen cabinet. Took it back to Des Moines and they had it two weeks and could not find the leak. Cabinet was ruined by the water and I fought with Jayco the whole way. I then took it to Ketelsen RV in Cedar Rapids Iowa. They found the leak in 30 minutes. Turned out that the hole through which the awning wiring goes into the coach was never sealed. Obvious factory quality issue. Still had to fight with Jayco until they finally agreed to replace the cabinet. Many other minor quality issues I have found. No excuse for poor quality from the factory. Have subsequently found more leaks and repaired myself. Now the slideout blows fuses. Would never buy another Jayco product.

This RV is very easy to drive and maneuver. It has a backup camera and wide side mirrors. Once it is parked it the slide outs make it nicer than a hotel room. Not a bad motorhome. It drove bad. Could not keep it on the road. Called dealer. Had to call factory. They were vary helpful. Had to have front and rear stabilizers installed. I bought the RV new based on the recommendation of my neighbor who loves the JayCo brand. The floor plan met our needs and the cabinets were top quality. However, I've had to bring in for warranty work three separate times due to broken backup camera, leaking waste water valve and non-working ceiling light. Changing the fresh water filter is a major effort if you can find it and the instruction manual describing how to winterize doesn't tell you an critical step to invert a washer releasing a back water valve. Also, the gas tank venting hose goes from a 3/8 inch pipe to a 5/8 inch hose. As a result, it leaks gas vapors. The living quarters comes with a single 12v battery which completely discharges over night when the heater is on. I had to install a second battery in a storage compartment. The bed is advertised as queen size but it's 10 inches short of 80 inches. Not what I would have expected for a new RV much less one from a manufacturer with a good reputation.

Coach exceeds my expectations as a woman and Jayco has just about thought of everything especially for a woman's view right down to a place for a coffee pot, ample cabinets, low switch height (for a 5 foot gal). Rides and drives like a dream, cross ventilation window placement, quality all around! Can never beat Jayco's 2 year warranty. I love this coach as I feel like its made for me!
