Having a small trailer 16.5 feet for my first towing experience was great. Loved this little trailer. A bit small for two adults sleeping (my hubby is 6’1” and large). The curved bulkhead bed arrangement made it hard for second person to roll over. Great bed for one person, though. AC and heater were great. Show less

This is the worst camper I have ever owned. I've been in it twice and it's been in the shop twice. First time my shower leaked all outside because drain was broken from manufacturer, then when they tried to fix it, they found jayco put the access panel on wrong end and had to make a new one. The outside kitchen leaked all inside the trailer because they didn't put a simple swivel house so everytime you pull out and push in the house couldn't move with it. They finally fixed it then next trip a big bolt came through the floor right in the middle of the floor and the hot water heater broke. This is just 2 times out!!!! If I used it more, I'm positive something else would break. Seriously, DO NOT BUY JAYCO! Thor bought it out a few years ago, quality went straight down! Show less

We have owned multiple Jayco trailers and live the brand. No issues with any of the trailers we have owned. The 28BHBE is great for a family as it has considerable kick g space plus the ability to sleep 6 very comfortably. Good size fridge and great heat and it AC based on season. Very good sound proofing as well. Show less

Reliable,spacious,more for the money, great reputation and good looking Travel Trailer.All of the qualities one would expect with a Travel Trailer.There are RV's then there is Jayco. I know you will enjoy being a proud owner of this Rv. Show less

We purchased this 31 RLDS Elite at 3 years old from the original owner was hardly used and was like new. We love it, plenty of room, tows like a dream and is very comfortable. We've pulled it around 4,000 miles with the only problem being a nail in one tire. If we get another RV it will be a Jayco! Show less

Since buying our trailer new. Always something goes wrong. Everything is done with staples so bottoms fall out of cabinets. A large piece came of sheet metal came of the bottom on the hwy. We have replaced two jacks. Bathroom vent won’t stay down Cabinet door came off and no way to screw back on Air conditioning would no work. 8-20-19 diamond plate on front of trailer came apart Show less

We absolutely love the floor plan. We have lived in our camper for 3 months at a time and never had cabin fever. The recliners are so comfortable. I really like the bathroom because either person can get to it from the bedroom without climbing over the other. When we needed private time, I enjoyed the extra tv in the bedroom. We just have loved our camping experience. This camper has so much storage for belongings. You could actually live in this camper! The kitchen is set up nicely with a nice big refrigerator and freezer. Show less

This is our first RV and it has not been a positive experience. We like the layout, but we haven't even had it two years yet and it's falling apart. The back of the benches are coming apart we have had to take it in for repairs 3 times and we are going to have to take it in again. The siding warped, the kitchen sink sprang a leak and the water heater didn't work right. We had to replace the mattress after a very short time of use. The warranty is nightmare and it takes forever to get repairs completed.Very disappointed in our purchase. I would not recommend anyone buy this product. Show less

I was sold on this RV due to the manufacturing specs. The slides come with jacks and not cables which was also a plus for me. I will without question buy another Jayco! I gave only 4 stars on the floor plan due to storage. While it does have exterior storage, it would have been nice for it to be a little bigger. Show less
