Not even a year it fell again. More money to fix it. This time the tech put angle iron under it to hold it up. So far that worked. But he left it open under there to come back and check on it. Good thing because every now and then it leaks just a little. Now that’s not even all of it. The smell is horrible. We have tried everything we can to keep the smell down. We have to flush the tank every three days. My bath room closet always smells. The only thing that hasn’t been checked is the vent. Needless to say, I will never buy a Grand Design trailer. So disappointed in this trailer. Grand design is supposed to be the top of the line. Never again

We've been living the dream with our Grand Design Momentum 388M Toy Hauler 5th Wheel for years! The 14' garage is not just for toys; it's our fancy office space! The living room and kitchen layout is a total win, and the TV's diagonal placement and groovy blue LED lights in the entertainment center set the perfect mood when we enter. Plus, the abundant storage thanks to the 8' 8" ceilings and tall cabinets makes organizing a breeze. Oh, and we can't forget to mention the awesome layout of the bedroom with his + her closets. Life's a blast in this bad boy! 🚀🌟

I will tell you this entire camper is SO CHEAPLY MADE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE SUCH A CAMPER!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER. I am a woman who remodels camps and I have owned few campers in my life and those one... I actually cried when we got it home. The quality is so CHEAP! MY old Jayco... it spoiled me! It sucks to spend so much money yo taken advantage. One from not having lighting to see the blck mold, but two.... to see how cheap the stapled th I n molding is and the heavy expensive widows are. You can't open them more than a few inches and the arms to put them out..... what s thinly made joke! STAY away from this manufacturer!!!! Any year, style...anything made this .Premier place!!!!!

Purchased new in 2016 (September) from at the time the only dealer in Ontario. PDI was poorly done which as it turns out was only the beginning of the poor quality and engineering of this unit. We do really like the layout and livability of this unit and have used it extensively in Ontario as well as in the USA. Normal highway, interstate and campground driving. Since new we have replaced taps, all tires (China Bombs),light fixture in kitchen, equalizers twice, all leaf springs, rear ladder separated from trailer ( I weigh 185 lbs), front passenger side slide motor ,water damage in rear outdoor kitchen ( floor destroyed ). Door for fridge access outside was improperly installed . Now we have structural failure in front drivers side and delaminating wall that needs to be repaired this winter. Main brain for auto level system failed. All in nearly $30000 in bills when all in. Grand Design basically says so said sucks to be you. We have traded it in for a 2 year newer other brand and will never deal with this company again. Amazing marketers, lousy builder !!!

We bought our Solitude 321RL used in 2018 from a dealer in Colorado, we enjoyed using the trailer for camp trips and my hunting trips with no issues. In 2019 we moved to Missouri to be closer to the kids. In 2020 I was outside looking at the RV and noticed that the clear coat was peeling off the top of the nose and down the front. I took pictures and called customer service on this issue. I know the warranty had expired but I know this is not normal on RV's. Customer service told me this was normal and all RV's do this or could be due to environmental issues. The unit has been taken care of and I know this is not normal for $50k RV that was 6 years old. Have contacted customer service a couple of times and have been left with a nice RV that looks terrible going down the road.

So I was on the road between Missouri and Florida. While getting fuel I noticed the the RV was sitting a little close to the ground. Looking over the RV I noticed I big crack in the outer shell. Drove it the last 400 miles very slowly and cautiously. Called insurance company once I was set up and they looked at it for about 2 months and totaled it as the frame was broke. This should never happen to an RV no matter how old it is. Some ruff rode on the highway did this. Unexepytable. Not happy at all!!!!! I had many other problems before this happened. Replaced one awning and second one needed replacement. Leather on furniture coming apart. Lights above kitchen table fell on the table. Spring for garage door broke. All seals on storage compartments leaked. And more.

We have had this Reflection for 6 years now. The first two years everything worked good. With an exception of a seal for the AC which resulted in some water damage to the roof. We caught that in time. Next up was a catastrophic bearing failure on the Interstate. We had the bearings serviced that year 5 hours on the shoulder of the highway. The following year it was a electrical short under the floor because the circuit boxes was not secure and moisture shorted it out. We later found out that there was a recall for this problem. This year on our way back from Florida once again a bearing siezed on the Interstate. That bearing was serviced in December. Add that to the many screws we find on the floor. We are very diligent with upkeep having maintenance done every year through the dealer.
