Purchased new in 2016 (September) from at the time the only dealer in Ontario. PDI was poorly done which as it turns out was only the beginning of the poor quality and engineering of this unit. We do really like the layout and livability of this unit and have used it extensively in Ontario as well as in the USA. Normal highway, interstate and campground driving. Since new we have replaced taps, all tires (China Bombs),light fixture in kitchen, equalizers twice, all leaf springs, rear ladder separated from trailer ( I weigh 185 lbs), front passenger side slide motor ,water damage in rear outdoor kitchen ( floor destroyed ). Door for fridge access outside was improperly installed . Now we have structural failure in front drivers side and delaminating wall that needs to be repaired this winter. Main brain for auto level system failed. All in nearly $30000 in bills when all in. Grand Design basically says so said sucks to be you. We have traded it in for a 2 year newer other brand and will never deal with this company again. Amazing marketers, lousy builder !!!

I regret purchasing the Grand Design Momentum 350M. Grand Design does NOT stand behind their product. This RV will make news for safety issues not being addressed, it’s a fire hazard waiting. I’m looking for anyone that has a similar issue of a DRY ROTTED FUEL LINE... The leaking fuel line runs the entire length of the toy hauler against the frame rail and the belly is completely enclosed with foam sealant and winter weather protection. I’ve contacted the place of purchase Windish RV in Longmont CO and they passed me onto Grand Design directly. I talked to Joe Charles the warranty manager at Grand Design and without investigating into my claim, he says “this will probably be a maintenance item”.. I asked him to explain how does he come up this possibly being a maintenance item? This is clearly a fire hazard having a leaking gas line on the toy hauler. There’s not a place in our country that would allow you to occupy a dwelling with a leaking gas line. The estimate from the shop to make the necessary repairs for the dry rotted fuel line is over $2k and that’s not including any gas soaked items not seen. I have consulted with an attorney, and if Grand Design refuses to stand behind their unsafe RV, I will make a spectacle of them in court.

This is a great fifth wheel. There is a lot of hidden storage and bed space for a toy hauler. Grand Design did a great job with this model. I've been in several toy haulers where it feels cramped in the living area and this one doesn't at. There are a lot of additional features that make this camper worth it.... read more

Great layout and functional. I belive the newer model has address the tight garage space although I have not actually seen it. It would be nice if they would address to cheap windows, problem in the front living area. The cranking system is cheap and the Nylon Wheels in the track can't withstand the pressure put on them while traveling down the highway. Both my Forward Windows have blown out sucking out the screens and the blinds. The replacement mechanism is better but the aluminum where it attaches is bending in. A recessed window or some kind of lock would really help in this area or a small fairing over the front edge of the window to direct wind over it may be the trick. The slide outs would have been better if they could have made those recessed also. The cold weather can be felt through the slides wall. Maybe thicker walls or Some kind of outer wrapping that is water proff would be great to have as maybe an add on for full timers who would like a stedier temp inside and make winsows double pane. The 2016 model has the dump valve location under coach and you have to get underneath to pull those. I think they addressed that in 2017 and the pulls are inside a hatch. Much better on the knees. I love my 2016 376th but improvements are always a plus.

Our experience with this trailer has been wonderful to full time in. We are a family of 3 and use the toy hauler as a kids bedroom and it has been great. The only minor issue we have had is that the tub leaked around the outside when we first got it and I just took some clear silicone and ran a light bead around it and no issues since then and a small piece of trim fell off because it seemed the company uses a nail gun and whomever done it was just going to fast and pushing to hard and went all the way through the trim. The living area could be more user friendly with having a outward facing couch so that you can look outside when seated but to each his own. Other than this, this trailer had been flawless and we would not own another brand especially after upgrading from a Heartland.
