I bought a 2016 Viking bunkhouse off of a dealership in my local community. This had been previously purchased and only owned for about two weeks before the driver returned it because pulling a trailer scared them. So I bought it on consignment with absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was brand new. Not even seven years later and all of the factory welds have started to fail so I reached out to my local insurance adjuster and they said sorry that is a manufacturers defect from when the steel was poured into the frame. So then I reached out to this company asking if they could help in anyway as it seems pretty ridiculous that within seven years, all the welds would start failing. I sent them photos. I sent them a welders report And all sorts of stuff. In the beginning, they seem like they were going to help me out. But in the end they didn’t. They just pretty much said oh well sucks to be you and that’s it. No further communication. So I would never buy from this company or especially this model or namebrand or anything from this company as they don’t honour their work. I am a military family with two little girls and our entire summer is now blown because of the faulty workmanship that was sold to me. I can’t give a negative star, or I would. I highly recommend you take your money somewhere else because the quality sold by this company is garbage.

2016 Sierra 393RL Destination Trailer-A beautiful unit, lot of window, spacious layout, perfect destination home. Unfortunately the rest of the story is not so nice. We opened our unit in May and immediately noticed the dreaded mold smell. Seems like it was coming from the corner of the front slide. Water runs down the slide onto the exterior edge of the floor which is covered with a plastic which has holes due to UV exposure and traps water inside, poor design. While lifting the carpet in the front section under the couch, her foot stepped through the floor, both sides next to the slides are severely rotted. The water is trapped between the flooring where it can sit forever. This is not visible from the interior or exterior unless you were to take the unit apart. Bad design, will be an extremely expensive repair. Would not purchase a Forest River ever again.

I purchased the 2016 Forest River Sandpiper 393RL in May of 2016. It is known as a destination rv because people who buy them generally take them from the lot to a recreation lot and park them for long term. It is my home away from home. I live in it from June to September every year. It has everything I need (except a dishwasher). Large 25cf refridgerator with bottom freezer (electric only), 40+" bigscreen, electric fireplace, surround sound, 2 recliners, queen size hide-a-bed for guests. Dinette table with 4 chairs. Island kitchen. Loads of storage space. Soft close drawers. It is totally comfortable with just under 400 sq ft. A good size bathroom with 42" shower. A large bedroom. Room for washer and dryer. Have had no problems with anything in or on it in 6 years. Black tank gets dumped every 3 weeks. Hooked to city water and hook up for septic. Never used my extended warrantee pkg. It's been the perfect summer home for me and would work year round if needed. Cant rate driving/towing or Factory/ dealer support because I haven't had a need to use them. At the end if summer, empty tanks and pull in the 3 slides. Its waiting and ready for another season.

I haven't had any issues. There's alot of support available from a Facebook Rpod owners group. I learned so much about owning my first trailer. I would highly recommend this Pod to any singles or couples looking to start their RV life!
