I love everything about this coach, it’s an excellent floor plan specially for full timers. The most I love is my food pantry it is a big one, the bar, the office section where I can have my lab top and printer. I feel like I am in a NY apartment their is nothing I miss from my house. This is our second Fleetwood and overall we have loved both. The lay out of the Excursion we now have is what sold us. It is so much more livable and home like and with all the upgrades and love we put into it makes it perfect. There are issues that Fleetwood needs to address, such as accessibility to the Generator being #1. Easy to maintain but if you need access to it,it is a major job. We paid dearly to put new mountings on the generator,all set to go for new owner. Show less

Cosmetically it is gorgeous! Mechanically it is tip top! It is very comfortable whether overnight or for longer stays. Plenty of storage. We went on a 17 day road trip through Colorado and Wyoming in August 2020. It was so nice to have our home with us during these unsettling times! This coach would be ideal for full time RVers! Truly has all the comforts of home! Show less

We loved having 2 baths. This coach is very livable and so easy to drive. Tons of storage. Walk around king bed. The fireplace was great in the winter months. I loved the automatic electric reel. No more fighting the big cord. Show less

We received our Pace Arrow LXE on Dec. 23rd. To date it’s been a nightmare. I have a list of 58 individual warranty claims.Ive yet to be able to take a trip of any time. If you are considering a Fleetwood LXE don’t purchase something else. Show less

Beautiful coach! perfect floor plan! somewhat underpowered if towing, or at least ok. Microwave vent empties into the coach? instant smoke alarm! This is just above an entry-level diesel pusher and is succeeded by better appointed and trimmed Holiday Rambler 38k and Fleetwood Discovery with the identical floorplan. there is a shakeout period on ANY RV in which you NEED to stay close to your dealer! by and large, this is a solid coach with ordinary maintenance needs. We LOVE ours but are realistic about the need for constant upkeep. this is a two person 40 foot long home on wheels. sleeping accommodations for guests are clumsy and somewhat uncomfortable. should have prewire for solar! and for price, lithium batteries! its all about the floorplan though, as many higher end coaches out there can not match it. "L" shaped sofa is a little "Bony"and could easily have been designed with a little more padding! Show less

New at dealership, cosmetically attractive. After purchase, a nightmare!!! Crown molding fell off , six times and counting! Pix frames falling off! Rear view camera inop! No hot water! Bath/ kitchen fixtures fail!!! Dealer installed basement heaters inop! Inverter trips with no,load applied! Slide failure to operate!!!! Overall disappointment! Quality is not even up to substandard! Check engine lights AND don't expect the dealer to fix,, you need to go to freightliner! you can't get any kind of responsive repairs! Shops are all booked months out and they don't provide any kind of customer support to speak of!!!!!! I perfectly understand these rv s are a house on wheels but dont you think for this kind of money some kind of engineering would have went into the design to withstand a road trip and to expect some kind of acceptable level of functionality! Buyer beware! Very disappointed and anxiously awaiting the next failure excitement!!!! Seriously considering a legal action to resolve this mess!!! Show less

We bought this RV to live in while building our home. It was perfect for the 4 months we lived in it. The washer dryer combo came in very handy. The residential sized refrigerator was definitely a plus. Tile flooring and leather furniture were very easy to keep clean. Show less

I purchased this motorhome on October 17, 2016. as I traveled with it back to south Georgia, I started getting a low battery readings about 2 hours into the trip. No battery charging was occurring. When I got home, the coach would not crank to charge even the cranking batteries. Got the diesel batteries charged after some professional help along with replacing a freightliner cable. Got the Coach to a Campers Inn 87 miles away. It is now March 11, 2017, and I am making payments, paying insurance on a new coach that is "messed up so that the dealership folks are calling Fleetwood for assistance (more than once).
