My daughter and son in law within the last few months purchased this Fifth Wheel trailer. I am telling you what a joke, the A/C does not and will not cool. They are 5 hours away from their dealer and all they could say was… “you will have to bring it back” I am sure that’s the reason...

My daughter and son in law within the last few months purchased this Fifth Wheel trailer. I am telling you what a joke, the A/C does not and will not cool. They are 5 hours away from their dealer and all they could say was… “you will have to bring it back” I am sure that’s the reason they bought this Fifth Wheel is so they could haul it 5 hours to get it fixed. I tried to get some tips from the service department but was put on hold time after time. I guess that is because they have a large line up of repairs.

The quality is terrible. First year - Awning not attached properly so pulled off camper, outside outlet covers coming off, poor airflow in heating/cooling system. Overall poor quality and workmanship. Will never buy another Crossroad product....
