Service to us is more important than the problems encountered. We R both retired and work camp summers only. When our front air conditioner compressor failed, we called Bob Tiffin ( Pam has his personal cell), we explained we were in remote southwest Colorado. Mr. tiffin arranged to have a new ac FEDEX'd to Montosse, CO and the repairman brought the unit and installed it in less than two hours within two days. That readers is service. I challenge any other manufacturer to match Tiffin's warranty and service. Yes, I have been to Camp Red Bay, AL and all items were corrected. Bottom line there may be fancy Prevost, or flashy Dutch Stars, but none will match the service, professional staff, and prompt return of phone calls. It is comfortable having the owners cell phone to get an ac FEDEX'd and replaced in two days. Can Monnaco beat that kind of response in the middle of the San Juan mountains of Colorado. UNLIKELY!!!
