Overall average RV. Every RV has problems. This was no better worse than others. Probably the biggest disappointment is the Dometic central AC went out the month after the Dometic warranty ended and even with review by a Dometic field agent, they would not assist us. If you are new to RV'ing, plan on making some repairs to this yourself, regardless of the brand you buy. RV warranty sucks. Show less

The Puma 32dbks was an excellent family friendly camper, plenty of space for us to spend weeks on end in comfortably. Enough Storage to be used a a full time cabin. The durability and functionality was excellent for sleeping us and lots of friends and family! Show less

I work away from home and live in this trailer so it is my home away from home. We bought it used (2yr old) so we havent had much to do with factory/warranty support. The floor plan is THE BEST you can find for a family with children. The only thing its missing is a dishwasher haha. Ours has a washer dryer in it aswell as a 12 Ga. water heater which you can have a full shower in with out running out of hot water. Lots of inside storage, it pulls excellent for the size and weight. I use a one ton dually and I can tell it’s behind me with that being said Ive never had swaying problems pulling it. We would recommend this rv for anyone with kids that spends an extended amount of time rving, camping, living and looking for an rv. You wont regret it! Show less

We have been very satisfied with the Puma. It has plenty of room. The ac has work well, in extremely summer heat a second ac is a must. Our was already pre-wired making it much easier. I have stayed in it in the winter and the furnace is capable of keeping you warm. Towing is stable with the 4point antisway load leveling hitch. Show less

I love it but we have decided to downsize,get something smaller/easier to tow. It is perfect for seasonal/year round sites. It is nicer than my house. Has everything my house has plus more. When I am in this camper I usually don't want to leave to go home. I will miss it but we want to travel. Show less

Great entry level 5er. Not one single problem in almost a year. Pulls easily with 2500 gaser. Would recommend this RV as a weekender or full time living for a single.. The only complaint is the compartments for the LP gas are a little cramped. Show less

Only drawbacks are lack of storage (inside and out) and we had to ding a little for quality. Our shower panel had pulled away from the wall at the top and that needed to be repaired so as not to allow water to get behind the panel, and also the siding on the awning/entrance side had a huge bulge in it at time of purchase. Palomino paid to haul the trailer from our dealer in Central MN, back to the factory in Indiana where it was built. They pulled off the siding, fixed the problem, reinstalled the siding and paid to haul the trailer back to our dealer. Since those two repairs, we've been happy (but still wish this model had more storage). Otherwise, it's great and we love it and can't wait to use it again this season! (We purchased Aug2015, so didn't have much chance to use it all that much last year.) Show less
