We purchased our RV new from a camper show. I was super excited to get this RV and start camping at different parks. The RV has little to no storage, and the finishes are cheap. We were having a problem with the roof two years ago when we were told that there was a 10 year warranty on the roof that was a lie. The roof is splitting on the sides and needs to be replaced. You would think a company like KZ would stand behind their products, but they do not. I would not recommend a KZ camper to anyone. We are now having the roof replaced and after we will sell it and buy a Grand Design.

We've owned our KZ Spree Connect 260 RKS since August 2015, and have almost 19,000 miles on it. In addition to several week-long trips we've done a three-month cross-country trip and two one-month long trips. When our water pump quit during the three-month trip KZ paid for a local RV tech to replace it. We put 15,000 miles on the original tires before replacing them. The only thing that wasn't as good as we'd like is the jack-knife sofa. It wasn't very comfortable for watching TV so we replaced it with a couple of recliners. Overall we've been very happy with it and we're planning another 3 month trip.

The KZ Spree has been a nightmare since we bought it new. We have had numerous issues with the electrical. T add insult to injury when we took it to the dealer we purchased it at the average wait time was 3-4 months. We did not have the camper for 5 months on one warranty service. The hose connection on the back leaks, the inverter has failed, the power plug has been replaced twice, the door has been replaced, the taillights fell off and the A/C has failed numerous times. The unit was dealer priced at $28,000 and we purchased the unit for $22,000 and a year later when I tried to sell it we were offered $13,000. I realize campers have a lot of depreciation but that is over 50% from MSRP and over 20% from our "sales" price. The quality is poor and the resale value is terrible.
