Don’t waste your money. We use this toy hauler 6 times a year between May and October for long weekends and a couple of week long trips. Every time we take it away something breaks. The amount of money we put into this RV is ridiculous. The trailer just turn eight years old and for the last 3 years getting any matching replacement parts is next to impossible. Keystone customer service always refers you to an authorized dealer and when the authorized dealer not able to assist they refer you back to the keystone customer service. It is a vicious circle. You think when you spend upwards of 80,000 dollars you should be getting an RV that is good quality.

A very attractive Rv,plenty of space. We bought this brand new. Have had numerous problems with it. We keep finding screws but cannot find where they belong (still in 2020). Our first encounter was with the keys for the outside door, we have been given the wrong Set. The paint job and stickers have not held up very well. The bedroom wall next to the window developed what feels like nails coming out, little dimples. Dealership Nor Keystone has no idea what it is nor will They fix it. We had a leak in the half bath and did not know until water was seeping underneath the wall into the living room. It damage the trim at the bottom. The living room slide out cables continues to get loose. The gray water Cable pull out continues to bind, afraid it will break. Had to have a new circuit board In the refrigerator in the first two years. The back AC broke, Circuit board had to be replaced. LED System on the leveling system Went out. The black tank cable went out, would not open had to have replaced. Our latest problem which is been going on for the last year Or longer, has been water leak in the living room slide out around the outside speaker holes(or so we think). This has caused both side walls to buckle, The carpet to get wet and develop mold and mildew and probably the floor underneath the carpet to ruin(won’t know this until we pull the carpet up). Call Keystone not their problem. I was told to make sure I kept up on regular maintenance, which we have. They take no responsibility for the poor design of the outside speakers. Are we the only ones with the leak problem?!

We wanted a new way to haul our Horses and be able to get in and out of bed without having to crawl! With the Stable Boy from Equine Equipped has achieved that. The horses travel less stressful because of the way the trailer is suspended. The other thing is when you want to camp or travel without horses it becomes a 2 bedroom! Our Son Drag races his Harley and we are able to haul his bike and have all the comforts of home. The only reason we are wanting to sell it is we're getting older and the stairs are becoming an issue for us. Other than that it's fine. Another thing that we have learned is that a lot of camp grounds sometimes are limited on their ability to improve their sites for longer camper's (40' to 60')! If you're interested in the horse thing go to Mr Truck.com or Equine Equipped.com and watch the video on the Stable Boy. Any questions you need to ask feel free to contact us Please. Thanks. Buyer BEWARE! Purchased the RV in the fall of 2014 after the PA Hershey show. 4 yrs old now, used 3 - 4 times each year. We did a lot of fact finding and research before we purchased a new RV, but it didn't do much good. This year there was 8 items that had issues throughout the RV. Refrig Freezer stop working, bracket that the cable pulls on to open main slide fell off, tailgate soft ( due to water getting in from the top) paint peeling on entry doors, paint coming off bottom of unit, generator wouldn't start, slide needed adjusting, converter made noise. Dealer fixed 5 items and charged good for each, total $765. Discussed and contacted Dealer, Keystone and door manufactured Lippert concerning the doors and tailgate issue's. All said sorry our product warranty is 1 yr. It took 2 1/2 months of emails and phone calls for them all to point the finger at the other guy and come up with excuses. If it would allow a 0 in the rate column product support/ warranty would get it. The Thor Corp. handles many different brands Like Keystone, Jayco, Forest River etc. PLEASE PLEASE make sure you do your homework and buy all the possible warranty's (read fine print on extended warranty's) before you purchase an RV. I do everything possible to keep the RV in top shape and things still go wrong. It would seem that an RV and the components would last longer than 4 yrs if properly manufactured, but I guess not. Now I have a Toy Hauler that can't haul toys unless I spend a wack of money to buy new doors and tailgate. I may attend RV shows in the northeast this yr and put this RV on display to show consumers what they might expect after 4 yrs of use. Please feel free to look us up if you need advise about what to look for when purchasing an RV. I'm not sure that buying a RV is a good thing, a tent with accessories might be a cheaper and better way to go. WE are considering getting rid of the RV and the headaches that go along with it. Unfortunately we are not the only people in this situation, we know others with RV issues with similar results. What really sucks is that it's not completely paid for yet. Best advice is Be very careful if you are planing on purchasing an RV. Don't let the beautiful appearance of the RV get your better judgement.

There were 20 plus things that had to be fixed before we even drove it out of the dealership and we had many more after that. We hated it so much we traded it in for a voltage 5 th wheel toy hauler thinking it was not made by keystone but Dutchman. No they are made by keystone. We had 38 for the voltage. We called keystone to complain About their quality control and was told we didn’t know they (keystone) what roads it was on between Indiana and Utah however it is all feeeway. We have never taken it on a trip without something new breaking. I hate keystone products and would recommend no one buy any product made by them.

We have owned this 5th wheel toy hauler for about three years. We bought it because of the quality of materials used and construction. The floor plan is very livable and comfortable as we have stayed in it for two weeks at a time and never felt cramped. It has all the amenities needed for long term stays. It sets up quickly and is extremely stable. I tow it with a Ram diesel and have been to Moab, Utah from Spokane twice. Even when fully loaded the unit tows and tracks beautifully with very little reaction to side winds. We bought it originally to snowbird in but due to surgeries (health issues) have not been able to use it as planned.

We purchased a 2015 Fuzion 371. Pulls great, and we've taken it to Florida a few times, and pulled it to Sturgis, SD. No issues on the road at all. We had a leak (just after the warranty expired) where the awning bolted to the outside of the master bedroom. I found that they had not been sealed with silicone at all. Also, the door for the water connectors had a sprung hinge. When the door was opened, it would drop slightly, and if you didn't know that and would try to close it, you would break something. I purchased the camper 320 miles from where I live because of price and nobody had one around here. None of the camper places around here would do any warranty work on it, and ultimately I pulled it 130 miles to Nashville. It was there for a month for a few things, including the access door. Ultimately they did the other repairs but received the wrong door. I took the camper home and they sent me the correct door once it arrived and I put it in myself, which was no big deal. I know several people with campers, RV's, Toy Haulers, etc. They all require maintenance, they all have issues. But, this is my second Fuzion, and I would do it again. If you are going to move your camper, be prepared to work on it some. That's just the way it is, ANY brand. And if you aren't diligent about maintenance, you're going to have problems. I gave the floor plan 4 out of 5 because with all the slides pulled in, you can't get through the camper or even to the fridge, making it less than perfect while traveling. However, we use ours at a campground every weekend during the summer, and we love it.
