Great trailer. Solid the whole five years we've owned it. Easy to tow as it's lighter weight. It has a newer appearance inside the trailer with cream and light brown color hues. The wraparound dining table has been really nice for four to six people. The memory foam queen bed is very comfortable and it's really convenient for the kids to be able to bring friends because there are full size bunks. The couch has the ability to lay down into a bed or be used as a couch which has been nice when watching movies with the family.

We bought this 26BHS brand new in March 2015. Quality is severely lacking. Slideout was aligned wrong which caused the slide window to rub against the stationary wall and the window seal was ripped out. Kitchen faucet leaks into the cabinet below. Water pump failed. Fiberglass had a crack which I had to seal with silicone. TV antenna crank handle broken. Gray tank fell completely off the bottom of the trailer which ripped down the underbelly cover. Bottom of the ward cabinet in bedroom fell out. 2 tires failed in the first 3000 miles. Will not buy another Jayco.

The jayco jay flight 26bh I purchased has just about every problem you can imagine The cabinets started falling apart within a month of us purchasing it The tank indicators have not worked Sense we got it The bedding all had to be replaced within three months of buying it The gray handle broke the first time we used it and I’m not talking about the cheap plastic handle I’m talking about the aluminum rod When the lights were recalled they replaced the lights but did nothing about the shorted wore from the light shorting out When I asked jayco to do something about it they knowing that nobody could write a statement that the light was what shorted out the wiring without the light (that the technician took to send back) so I have a circuit that had only three of the defected lights on it that does not work even though they put the new lights in OTHER WORDS JAYCO BUILDS NOTHING BUT JUNK PS PLEASE ADD A PLACE FOR 0 STARS Now the black tank has fallen out

Jayco builds one of the best RV's to us and we have been very happy with our travel trailer. The workmanship and detail which have gone into the cabinets and overall cosmetics is great! The chassis itself has proven to be very sturdy and the electric jacks are an awesome feature. We especially love the fireplace and our outdoor kitchen on the Jay Flight 32RLDS. We have enjoyed cooking outdoors with the convenience of both a refrigerator and microwave to help make our grilling easier! Overall, it just seems to us Jayco makes a more robust model of RV.

Had ours for a few years and it was one of the best investments we ever made. We have 4 kids and everyone sleeps comfortably. Each have their own bed with 2 sleeping in their own bunk, one on table conversion and one on the comfy pull out couch (not an airbed). Me and the wife get the master queen. Towing it with our Ram 1500 is a breeze as it is only 6000 lbs unloaded. Plenty of storage for all of our stuff, chairs, toys, bbq, tables, etc. Easy to set up for camping and easy to close out to hit the road. This is our 3rd Jayco and the 2015 bunk house is a keeper!

This is our 3rd season. Moldings and trim began coming un stapled. Year 1. Cabinet doors warped. Bedroom TV mounting location has no support behind the wall. Had to replace the mattress at the beginning of our second year and we only used it for 30 nights the year before. The base holding the mattress sunk in the middle so we had to rebuild it. The awning motor no longer works and it has only be used maybe 15 times. We traded in a Jayco Feather Lite we had for 10 years and loved. Disappointed in the new quality.

Traded our jayco x17z haybrid for this 28bhs. Overall it was cheaply built. Screws gets loose, cabinets wont hold weight, roof started to bubbles after their 2 year warranty expired, fridge have issues running propane, queen mattress uncomfortable, sofas cushions already gone, they use staples on walls instead of screws, and the fresh water tank holder broke just this summer. Was so disappointed with jayco product, the dealer we bought it from dont carry jayco anymore because of units coming with issues and problems and issues with warranty. Will never buy nor recommend jayco anymore
