The residential appliances make it easy to cook and store food. 5 TV's means that you will find something to watch if that's what you're looking for. No carpet in our rig makes cleaning easy. Lots of basement storage with a 500lb rated slide out. Overall, I would recommend this RV to friends and family.

I left the dealer it was right off the showroom floor and so many things broke they promised up and down they would fix it and they never did! They found every reason to not fix it. I never took it any place it has 6000 miles on it and that is from the dealer bringing it up back-and-forth to Indiana to Ny. I am warning each and everyone of you to never ever buy forest river George Town you will be very sorry if you do! I wish I could send you a picture of my seats there is not a bit of leather on it after one year and nobody even sat on it like I said except for the jerks from Indiana! Good luck to all of you people that got screwed by FOREST RIVER!!!

My husband and I rate this unit as a 4 - above average. As RVs go it was a good choice for us for several reasons: the floor plan allows us to use everything without the slideout deployed. Some of the camping spots we've visited were quite narrow. Even the bathroom door opened enough for us to get in and out easily. There is very little wasted space in the layout and there is plenty of storage both inside and out. Build quality is good and warranty support is about what we would expect from the typical RV manufacturer and probably has more to do with the dealership than the factory. My husband did all of the driving and had no problems with it that were not expected - like anything this tall it can be susceptible to side winds - this became better when he discovered that the recommended tire pressure was over 20 pounds lower than what was recommended, 105 instead of 83. Once brought down to the correct level the RV handled pretty well and is very easy to maneuver in tight spots like parking lots and narrow campsites. It is only the 2 of us so we didn't feel cramped or inconvenienced.
