2014 KZ reviews

I love this Sportsmen 235RK. I have lived in it for 2 years year round. It is high quality. All the automatic equipment works. The furnace keeps me warm and toasty all winter. The rooftop air conditioner is ice cold in the summer. All the seals have been fine. The plumbing has worked perfectly. In short, I have had zero problems with this RV. The dry weight is 5925 with GVW of 7000 lbs makes it a breeze to tow with 1/2 ton truck. Show less

Poor quality, Roof trusses have caved in at AC location on roof!! No warranty as second owner and apparently the RV is not meant to last more than 6 years!! Everything is loose and falling apart!! Poor craftsmanship!! Buyer BEWARE!!!! Show less

First year we had trailer window blew out backing into parking spot they said not under warranty now 7 years later rear ramp door has rotted out no help from KZ floor plan terrible can't get into bathroom unless slide-out is out won't ever buy a KZ product ever again Show less

Ramp door has rotted out kz will do nothing to help lippert who make the ramp has offered one to replace it at a reduced cost would never buy a kz trailer again or any trailer with a ramp made by lippert Show less

We have loved this RV since we got it! Feel like the quality is very good! Has tons of room, has 4 queen size beds, and loys of storage. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a fifth wheel toy hauler. Show less

I have had mine going on 3 years and have had no quality issues. I travel for work and live in mine. Have had minor things but nothing I could blame on KZ. I got the 4 season package and have lived in -10 weather with no freeze ups and very efficent heating. I do my own maintnance and this thing is solid. I would buy another with no worries. Show less

Both KZ and the dealership said they would do warranty work and never completed it,,, terrible customer service,, Said things would be relpaced but wer repainted instead of replaced as stated by both KZ and the dealer. terrible work,,, jsut a major run around... Show less

THis has been the best trailer I have owned. Its one of the few that have the Captains chairs directly across from the entertainment center. The island kitchen is great. The outside kitchen stove and microwave have never been used. If it is sold We will be moving up to a class A Show less

After having several problems with this RV and a few phone calls, I received a call from the Vice President of K-Z. He was extremely nice and helpful. My problem has been solved and he even gave me his cell phone number just in case. I would recommend K-Z any day of the week. Show less

I have had this 5th wheel for a year and a half. We love the floor plan. But it has been in the shop about 10 times.This was a brand new camper. I have called and e mailed kz SEVERAL times.I have not had the 1st. response from them. I was going down the interstate after I had it about 6 months and someone stopped me to tell me the roof was blowing up like a tarp.MANY other problems.Take my word. PLEASE do not purchase a KZ. NO MANUFACTURER SUPPORT!! Show less
