It's a good camper. Tires are junk from the factory, stickers on the front of the camper started peeling off after the first year. The observation camera barely works, cuts in and out so bad it's not worth using. Other than that it's a well built camper with no problems. Show less

I'm the second owner of my Momentum and have had nothing but problems with it since I've owned it. It has had numerous water leaks. I took it to a repair vessel to get the recall fixed on the suspension. I had the shop check a spoagy spot in my floor in front of my pantry. They called me and told me I had bad water damage in the floor . I got a estimate and it was $16,000 to repair it. Show less

I would go in with your eyes wide open. GD is just another regular RV with many problems. With the recent buyout it will only get worse quickly. The Grand Design owners web site is tightly controlled. Don't take it seriously. Those who bring up good things are rewarded with free service and parts, attention many of us will not get. For those who may say a bad thing you will be scolded quickly or worst case booted from the sight. Check out the " sticky Leaking Grease Seals " about 20+ pages. Sight owner deletes when it gets to big or not to his liking. I started it in 2014 it grew to 100s of responses. At one point I asked about GD liability thread was deleted and I was banned by sight administrator within 24 hours ( guess who pays him ) In the end GD is just another RV. I hope this helps others.
