Incredible trailer. Excellent design. Great floor plan. Love the features. However, sofa seats are not screwed securely and the seats creak and touch the floor when we sit down. Incredible trailer. Excellent design. Great floor plan. Love the features. However, sofa seats are not screwed securely and the seats creak and touch the floor when we sit down. We are not big people 165 and 130 pounds.The dealer says nothing can be done. Calls the problem a design flaw. Had to screw a metal sheet under the slide out so the rollers would stop damaging the floor. Have complained since purchased. ECP won't cover problem as gearing is the only coverage.
