Overall A beautiful trailer Built pretty solid but you still don't want to ever Stress the trailer out by using it too much. It's more just for a Get away for the weekend Overall very nice Looking forward to closing the deal they said it looks like I'm an 8 out of 10 likelihood to get it!!! I told them if I get it I'm gonna ring that bell so hard I might break it *cowbell* That leaves me with this why do cows have cowbells? Some would argue its because their horns don't work!!!!! The front foldout had to be replace because of rotting and delamination after 4 years. The steps had to be replaced because they pulled out of the floor. To sum it all up . I love the floor plan. Tons of room and storage. Great for long trips. But the workmanship and quality are the worst.

We purchased new in 2013 for weekend and week long camping and truly enjoy our camper. We traveled across the Rockies down I-70 from Missouri though Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, finally driving through the desert and ending up in San Diego Cali. We towed with a 2007 GMC Yukon. I would recommend a longer wheel base vehicle and different gears. Not the trailers fault. It has been a good trailer and now we are living in it. We sold our house and we are going to be building. We have 1 medium dog and 1 large dog plus our 18 yo son still with us. It is a bit cramped but it is still a good trailer with more storage than other bumper pulls around its size. I would highly recommend this trailer or floor plan to a family of 4 maybe 5 for family camping. The corner bathroom is nice and we like the door to the bathroom so when traveling we could just stop and use our own facilities while on the road. Room to change clothes in the bathroom is nice as well. Bunk mattresses are heated. We did use the camper for hunting in November and December. With all functionality. The unit has held up good. Siding, roof, chassis, etc. You do have to wash it and seal it on a regular basis to keep it nice. We did cover ours which I know there is a great debate on whether o cover it or not. We seemed to have good luck with covering. We took it in for service and the long time technician said it was the cleanest roof he had seen from all the campers that had come through. It doesn’t happen on its own. You do have to invest in it to keep it in good shape.

We purchased a 2014 Forest River Flagstaff 33 foot 5th wheel used from a private owner. We didn't have much of a chance to shop around but was assured by the owner of another Flagstaff this was a quality 5er. We've experienced nothing but pleasure at how well this has held up, performed and how well put together it is. The only complaints was the lack of a full couch and tight quarters in the bedroom but it far exceeded expectations in build quality, appearance, ease of operation and cost of operation. We've had it a year and other than a recalking of the roof and a couple of wax jobs this has cost us nothing in repairs. We're now looking at another 5er, one with more room and if we can we'll stick with Forest River products.

We lived in this RV off and on for two years and I loved the layout. The V-Front design with the kitchen is the best! THe kitchen up front gave us more room in the living area and the kitchen was great size with lots of storage. I love the two front windows looking out the kitchen, let in lots of natural light and ability to enjoy surroundings. The bedroom and bath at the other end was roomy and very comfortable. The outside awning is huge, covers both entry doors and allowed for a large entertainment area outside in the shade. We were in Florida with it and it withstood the winds and rain very well. Overall, love this model and brand..no problems!
