Pro's: 2 Door entry. Guests can use the rest room without walking through your unit. Plus, if you have dogs, you can sneak out the bathroom door without them knowing. Huge awning and storage is awsome. Great plus the bottom bunk folds up so there is a back door to access that area for storage. Kitchen has lots of storage and ample counter space. Pass through storage is the best. CONS: The jacknife sofa is quite the contraption along with the dinette when it is broken down for a bed. Beds are rather hard. Problem resolved with a roll of cheap full size memory foam from Walmart over the top, then a blanket tucked in around the dinette perimiter, makes a huge difference. Purchased a mattress topper for the queen bed still hard. Put a queen size piece of memory foam on top, perfect. After viewing several utube videos I am able to work the manual awning by myself. Keep the blinds down on hot days and a/c will be sufficient. TV is ackward but purchased a tv stand that will rotate fixed that problem. If I had to buy this unit again, I would. The only things I would do differently is buy the automatic awning and leveling jacks. Show less
