This was to be our adult teailer, kids all grown up. Had the best layout for its size, most storage, nicest interior/exterior etc. But.....We should have researched a little more before purchase, indeed we thought premium price-premium quality. Wrong,we did buy this as a brand new unit, extremely pleased with initial quality. Then the nightmare started, the "quality"or lack thereof started to show through. First week, main power supply blew out,of course we're 800 miles away from the dealer. Funny how everything works fine for a few days then BOOM,literally. Couldn't go back to dealer, sent us to another dealership for warranty. Basically told us they don't do warranty on units THEY didn't sell. Wasted a day sorting out all this crap, I knew it was the main power converter, argued with me,said they would look into it. Ya right, they instead helped themselves to our brand new U.S.Batteries

Love this trailer. We haven't used it as much as I'd like because of health issues that prevented my using it. Exactly what we'd wanted and pulled like a dream with our smaller (than some others have) truck. Great for company and by ourselves....

This is a very well built RV, manufactured in La Grande, Oregon. The Wind River, which my husband and owned, was very light weight and easy to haul. The on-demand water heater made is especially nice to get into a campsite and have hot water right after we hooked up. The solar system and LED lights made going off grid very easy. Everything is of better quality than a lot of trailers we looked at before we bought this trailer - right down to the depth of the foam rubber in the cushions. If you're looking for a well-made, easy to pull travel trailer - you should look at Wind River.

In 2013 we bought a brand new 2013 Creekside 23BHS. In the first year it was in the shop for 10 months. Multiple plumbing leaks, furnace over heated and melted down 3 time (filling the trailer full of smoke and a horrible burnt plastic smell), heat duct under the slide was kinked and no heat would come to the front of the trailer bubbling lino, trim coming off, squeaking loose floor, and dump valves that wouldnt work. Screws securing the microwave were over tightened and stripped and the microwave almost fell out. Exterior stairs came bent and had to be replaced. It was so bad that outdoors rv took it all the way back to the factory to try and redo a bunch of stuff.
Year two brought more furnace issues, more plumbing leaks, window leaks, the antenna became loose and would rattle with a slight breeze and could not be tightened enough to fix it(had to use duct tape to solve it), electrical FIRE while pulling the trailer down the road due to metal cable clamp being used on the power lines in the underbelly with no grommets to protect it. (Would not warranty. Cost big $$$$ to redue wiring properly and repair)
Horrible quality and fit and finish was mediocre at best. Trailer was very functional in cold weather WHEN furnace worked.

Spending a little extra on the Creekside has paid back dividends in camping enjoyment. We are just wearing up a 2 month trip in Plymouth, California and could not be happier. Remember folks you get what you pay For!
