You need to make appointments well in advance but once at Newmar their service department is fast, efficient, friendly, clean and you can count on them to treat you fairly. Having owned this coach, our 4th Motorhome I would put it up against any. It drives like a dream, smooth, so much so I have to remind myself to slow down it is not a car. We have put over 30,000 miles on our unit (44 states and 7 provinces) and we are delighted with it. Drives nice (we pull an F-150) and lots of room for two. Newmar provides very good customer service. Show less

I have only had very minor repairs in this Motorhome. It drives like you would expect from a Newmar motorhome, and is built solid and is beautiful. We have always been proud to have a RV of this high quality. Show less

Many Many repairs Started with tiolet not flushing. - Kitchen cupboards split - 1/2 bath cabinet split - floor mouldings came off - Bathroom door no longer filled the opening - Tiles cracked / replaced three times and slide rollers still mark the tiles - slide cover on super slide tore the top of the slide loose at the froont and back of slide, could not use. - bedroom slide did not work. paseenger chair replaced. repaired twice - drivers chair replaced once - tv antenna did not work - very excessive wind noise passenger door and drivers window still noisy. - bagge doors not stay closed, hit the bottom of the slide. - microwave quit, - ice maker quit. - YOU GET the picture. Newmar was pretty good about it all but still cost me out of pocket for repeated problems Show less

Many many problems. If had bought in a different place/state I feel I could have returned it under lemon laws. Have never had everything 100%. The service provided by Newmar is very good but you can not make a silk purse from a sows ear. Show less
